I love how Jeana greeted me and ask how she could help and loved how Jeff ran to help me with the heavy stuff and gave me tips.

Excellent costumer service

This particular store has employees that care about repeat business and whether you shop at their store. We almost didn’t shop here at all today. The Customer Experience Manager Reese convinced us otherwise. He wasn’t the only one. Every employee we encountered on the floor, they said hello or asked if we needed help, to the cashier and loading helpers they all were so polite, professional and friendly. You’ve got our business!

Diane has worked at the checkout in Carpentersville and I have seen her for many years. She is always very helpful and nice. Diane makes my visits pleasant and she is always willing to help.

I went in there to get supplies for my classroom to make a camp themed room. And Thomas from hardware was very helpful. Especially since I was asking about obscure things all over the building. He stayed positive and let me know of all the materials quickly.
