Store is clean , clutter free .

This store was clean and well organized. Fully stocked and neat in appearance . The associates were helpful, courteous, attentive, and friendly. Thank you for such a nice display and attitude for the general public to view and receive.

The employees are always very helpful. I am in the store almost every weekend. You could make the popcorn bags a little bigger. The store is always clean.

The Home Depot in Carpentersville has a great team of associates. They are all friendly and helpful. The store was clean and had everything we needed. As a new homeowner, I’ve been making frequent visits to the Home Depot store and I haven’t had a single bad experience. Keep up the great work!

To the older man who tried to assist me with paint this Sunday, why so rude? I knew what paint I wanted because the young lady who was assisting another customer helped me at my last visit and she had saved the color under my phone number. I knew what finish I wanted the paint in and before I could even finish my sentence he interrupted saying “well this finish is probably out of stock”; the tone he used was unnecessary and he didn’t even look up my phone number; no effort. I asked him would it make a difference if I got a different finish, I need to finish the ceiling and patch some spots and he answered with “why would you even use that finish for ceilings, you use this other one but anyways go on.” We’ll call him Bob, this has to be by far the worst experience I’ve at a Home Depot. I didn’t say goodbye or thank you, grabbed my paint brush and proceeded to head to checkout. Bob get it together, my job I work at is very big on customer service and this is not how we answer to customers.

Got some great help and attention from the girl at the paint counter. She was very helpful, friendly, and had the time to spend on me to assist and answer lots of questions. She also introduced me to several new products that I didn't know about and will probably use. It was a very productive trip. All the people in the store were very nice. It was a nice stop at a HD I don't always shop at. Good job guys!

Despite HD being a national chain, I feel like the employees here are my neighbors. I see the same people time and time and they always remember me.
