Absolutely phenomenal experience. Assistant Store Manager, Nicole Francis, is a true asset to the HD Team. She is very professional and has quite an eye for detail. She assisted me during my basement remodel project which included, foundation repair, sump pump and battery back up, drywall, studs, electrical wiring, electrical outlets, window and flooring! Best experience EVER!!! Kudos to HD and Nicole. Outstanding!!

Excellent experience at this store. Staff is friendly and efficient. Sharon at checkout was super efficient and made my day pleasant. Staff assisted me in finding my product quickly, and I was in and out in minutes. Great staff. Great products. Clean store. I felt appreciated. I cannot say anything to improve this store. In a day and age when customer service is basically non-existent, here is a place that has great customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff.

At one time, I used this store for "recreation" and would, without intending to, walk out with an item or two. However, due to the recent policy to have Home Services sales people wander the store and approach customers (with an innocuous question such as "are you a homeowner") has made me shift to "as needed" trips only. I rolled with it when this store had a Home Services salesperson at the entrance who would ask me, each time, if I "owned a furnace" and I did so by switching entrances. Now, however, the salesperson wanders the store and, despite at least 10, total, "no thank you" or "I'm good" over the past year, it continues and has detracted from the overall HD positive sales experience, at least for me.

IT TAKES TIME TO TRAIN EMPLOYEES, BUT IT'S WORTH IT. SOMETIMES IT'S CONTINGENT UPON THE PERSONALITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL ON HOW RECEPTIVE THEY ARE TO TRAINING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BELIEVE IT'S BOTH, QUALITY TRAINING AND THE DESIRE TO SERVE IN AMY'S (MY CASHIER) CIRCUMSTANCE. AMY CLEARLY APPRECIATES AND ENJOYS HER JOB. I WAS NOT LOOKING, BUT PURCHASED A PERFECT CHANDELIER FOR MY HOME. IT WASN'T LIT-UP, AN EMPLOYEE THOUGHT IT WAS PLUGGED-IN, AND ASKED A FELLOW EMPLOYEE TO CHECK THE BULB(S). CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD NOT LIGHT THE CHANDELIER. I PURCHASE THE CHANDELIER AND THE APPROPRIATE BULBS. THE EMPLOYEE WALKED ME TO THE BULB AREA. AGAIN, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! I'VE BEEN FREQUENTING HARDWARE STORES BECAUSE I'M SLOWLY UPGRADING MY HOME, A STRESSFUL TASK TO SAY THE LEAST; HOWEVER, HOME DEPOT HAS MADE MY EXPERIENCE THUS FAR STRESS FREE!

Customer service is superior to any home improvement store I have found. Associates willing to assist with the unique problems you bring in to the store. Fantastic!

Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful.

Associates are very helpful and will go to another department to get you help. The computerized paint match actually matches the paint exactly until Lowe's who after two trips the paint still does not match!

AUSTIN is a nice young man who asked if I needed help in the lumber department. He approached me after I made my selection and asked if I needed my materials cut. He carried my wood to the cutting area and cut them exactly as I needed - he was very personable and made my visit very nice.

Purchased three HDX brand shelf storage units. Very pleased with the ease of assembly. A very good, low priced way to store Christmas decorations. I appreciated the spare tapered sleeves that hold the shelves in place. Customer service at this store is always very good.

Had plenty of stock and options, employees were very helpful, and the pricing was good.

Always have things we need more than other stores.

We shopped several retail stores looking for the best price and product that would fit our budget for a gas dryer. Home Depot had the best selection with a 27" width we needed and the fastest deliver and installation time.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. What I would like is a rental department. I was in need of an 8 foot ladder. I had to go to the Eagle Creek store. They only had 10 foot ladders. So I bought an 8 foot ladder. I guess that part of marketing worked fine. [:-)

It's an exception when a store associate doesn't know the inventory or lacks a friendly attitude. Most employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I like the location of the store as it is at the end of the shopping Center. it allows me to visit the other shops and pick up my hardware and building items last as I am leaving the shopping center!. The Employees are most helpful, when I asked for something, they stop what they are doing and show me where to find the item. Even when I don't want them to stop what they are doing.

Special notice to cashier lindsey 20370001 77816 she is very helpful and knowledgeable about the store and products i noticed her helping patrons load there materials she is a great employee and there are others lindsey is my favorite cashier. Thanks from a retired 36th engineer group bn forcscom engineer
