Phyllis was very helpful to me today. Although I could not find an employee in the department I needed, Phyllis greeted me with a kind spirit and was very helpful in resolving my issue

I had to return an item because it was the wrong size. The cashier was extremely helpful with the return.

Recently needed to purchase a new lawn mower and while I was looking over the products on display, the salesperson was able to point out some of the features to consider along with his opinion on each.

This location should look into improving employee search and updating their customer service training for all staff. Wouldn’t hurt to also enhance quality and assurance protocol and o ensure customer satisfaction. Visited this location purchased storm door with installation and entire experience was a frustrating nightmare and the entire Home Depot staff lacks professionalism, customer service and management ability to resolve their failed attempts of paid for services. Wouldn’t recommend this location business or affiliated home remolding associates. It’s as if they are giving excuses and I have yet to receive the door with installing that I paid for or a full refund

If you are headed to the Carmel store to buy an appliance, look for Stephen if he is there that day. He helped us buy a refrigerator. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a low key sales approach that helped us discuss all the options in a very reassuring way. No high pressure tactics like some other appliance stores nearby. Thorough knowledge of the appliances in the store and of course the Homedepot shipping schedule and delivery schedule. We feel good about our purchase thanks to Stephen. In todays retail environment, being happy about a major purchase is not always a given.

We have shopped the Carmel Home Depot for many years and it's rare to not find what we came for the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable which keeps us coming back.

They helped with a custom door order that was handled 100% by phone, photos, text. It all worked out and the professional install they offered with excellent (they have install partners).

The employees at this store are fantastic. Had a very frustrating experience trying to find the parts for a shower kit and from the guy at the area, the guy at checkout and everyone I came across with, was very kind and helpful to resolve the problem.

Always easy to find assistance when you need it. Ant the assistance is offered with a smile. I have never not found an item I was looking for - great stocking.

I appreciate the experience I had on Memorial Day. I used to work retail and it’s great when people work on holidays and do it with a smile.

Even though it is a little drive for me, I like going to this store for many of my needs and projects for my home.

We have visited this Home Depot for years on a sporadic basis. We recently moved to Westfield and find ourselves here 2-3 times each week. They always have what we need or want. There are friendly employees willing to help us out with questions. Check out process has always been quick and easy too. Today, we returned a few items where we did not have our receipt. The employee said it was no problem, just use the card you purchased the items with. Within a couple of minutes, we had our refund.

This store was nice and clean and very easy to find all the products that you need! And it's nice to know that they come to your home and do work as well. Thank you home depot.

Some one paged for help in the bathroom sink aisle and no one ever came.!

Of all of the home improvement stores I have been to and shopped with, this is the only one I have ever written a review about because the experience was OUTSTANDING. The associates are all very knowledgeable, available, and seem to truly care. You will be greeted when you enter and thanked when you leave. Returns are never a problem either. We are doing some large renovation projects in our home, and feel very comfortable that Home Depot will always have what we need at prices we can afford. If you are in the market for doors, make sure you stop by and see Greg or Dale. They will take good care of you.

In appliances, Jay is the go to guy.

This store goes over and beyond in customer service. I will use this store only from now on...

We had a large blind order for our new home. Our store representative on this order was Leslie Allen. Due to the large number of new homes being built in this area, I am sure it is hard for HD to keep stock on must need items such as blinds. That was our case. Leslie went to work and diligently searched far and wide to complete our order. This was excellent customer service, and much appreciated by a customer with large windows currently without any window coverings.

The store is very clean well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have shopped at the store a few times now instead of going to Lowe’s. I have found Home Depot to be a much better atmosphere for a senior citizen who knows a little about what she’s looking for to actually get help. It’s very refreshing to actually be Asked if I needed any help. Home Depot is now my store of choice.

I enjoy shopping at the Carmel Home Depot. I have confidence the employees have the expertise to answer my questions. Next, they also possess the knowledge of what products will best serve my needs. Due to these qualities I choose the Home Depot prior to other "big box" home improvement stores. It saves a lot of my time. I have recommended the Home Depot to my friends just for these reasons.
