This is my go-to home improvement store. The staff is *always* helpful, knowledgeable and superbly friendly. This is my consistent experience but I especially wanted to write about this trip because my niece (12) was with me. She's become interested in "making things with wood" so I got her a gift card to HD for Christmas. We went to pick things out and both Ashley and Ken were AWESOME to us! They helped us get the things we needed and it really left an impression on my niece. We felt like VIPs.

If still selling mulch, top soil, etc. after the Garden Center closes in late Fall, customer service should be readily available to help load items onto a cart. I had to go to Customer Service to ask for assistance and then waited about 10 minutes for a disgruntled employee to help me on one of my shopping trips. It would be nice, too, if the employee readily volunteered to load items into vehicle at curb. I've felt like it was an imposition to have the heavy bags I bought loaded into my SUV on one rainy day and one cold, windy day recently. Thanks for "listening."

The people that work at this Home Depot are amazing. This is where I go for tools, material, and advice on how to complete a project. This is the place to go for sure.

This is the best of the home improvement stores around. Excellent employees who wear their masks correctly and are polite and helpful.

Dean in Hardware was a fantastic help and just a very pleasant person with whom I enjoyed interacting! Mary was also great on the register! Store was clean and well organized. I found exactly what I went there to buy.

Staff in Kitchen Appliances were all excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a return credit issue and received excellent service from "Loyola" in the store's business office. She was very professional, cheerful and resolved my billing issue immediately. Great store all the way around!

Bring your own muscle - you will have to load your vehicle yourself.

I had a great experience @ The Carmel Store 2037 and the staff was well informed, helpful and pleasant Angela the cashier was informed, smart and nice. Also the store was very clean and organized.

I have shopped at this store since its opening. After HD changed hands from the original owners, years ago, the quality of personnel, particularly that of management was way below satisfactory. It was bad. Beginning about 5 years ago, the change for the better was palpable. Personnel were more knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. It has only gotten better since and the store has gone from my last choice back then to top now, even though the prices are not always completely competitive. The service makes the difference. This store's management has to be excellent otherwise this staff would not be a good as they are.

Mary at customer service was extremely helpful in arranging for me to get the lumber that I needed. She was so helpful and made sure everything was arranged for a smooth transaction and pickup. Thank you so much for being so friendly and willing to do a little digging in order to get me the product I needed! Those in the lumber department were also very helpful when I called!

Employees here are always helpful and friendly. I visit this store at least once a month.

I've noticed over the past year or so that there are fewer experienced associates available for advice and help. This is concerning, because it has always been what set Home Depot apart from the competition. Also, because of a very bad experience buying a refrigerator at this particular Home Depot (and Manager Jeff was not only not helpful but very dismissive of my concerns), I will not buy appliances at this store again.

Jared was my cashier, he was kind and friendly. A very welcoming young man who put a smile on my face and made my day. The store was well organized and encouraged shoppers to keep 6 feet apart in efforts to keep everyone safe during COVID-19. There were also other employees who were very helpful throughout the store. They asked if I was finding everything I was looking for and one gentleman even ran to get me a cart (I ended up buying way more than I planned). Thanks HOME DEPOT and Jared! I WILL BE BACK!!

Horrible experience with delivery . Delivered wrong washer and dryer and then blamed us for not accepting it. Spent two hours on the phone , got nowhere. They said they know the delivery people are unreliable , but can’t do anything about it. They have an entire department to deal with this (OEM) and after 2 hours on the phone with them still got nowhere. Re-delivery was scheduled for one week later and then rescheduled again for not having a linking part that initially was fine but now was “broken”. Cancelled order and went to different appliance store. Meanwhile we are 1 month with no working washer. Pathetic lack of taking responsibility for their poor business decisions. Will never shop Home Depot again!

The Home Depot staff is amazing! Due to volume of products needed for remodel, we worked with many HD associates: Nicole F, Jesse, John, Gary and others. Each person was so knowledgeable and BEYOND helpful - we purchased doors, trim, ceiling grid & tiles, lighting, flooring, refrigerator and other miscellaneous items. We were on-site for probably 2-hours buying numerous products and placing special orders as needed. The entire team is fantastic, including the strong, young man that loaded our trucks with product. Thank you TEAM HOME DEPOT!! We appreciate your team working so hard during this difficult time. Thank you for all you do and thanks for helping us!!

I walked in to look at Vinyl flooring I saw online. I loved it and decided to purchase it today. I had Jan’s assistance right away when asking how I go about the purchase process and getting it to my SUV. I didn’t want to come back to get it another day so Jan did all the heavy lifting of loading it in my SUV, very carefully! I can’t express how much I appreciated the help! I didn’t realize how heavy flooring was until I got home to unload it so again THANK YOU JAN!

The store is always clean. The employees are always helpful and wear a smile. The folks are kind and courteous. I don’t like shopping but I don’t mind coming to Home Depot. I also appreciate the opportunity to bring my Service dog without any hitches. Keep up the really good work. Thank you for your services.
