BUTCH IN LUMBER WAS EXTRAORDINARILY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. I'M FORMER ORANGE AND CONSIDER BUTCH AN IDEAL REPRESENTATIVE OF HD QUALITIES. HE WAS PRECISE IN MEETING SPECIFICATIONS, GAVE US INTELLIGENT ADVICE AND WAS HUMOROUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I'M AN ENGINEER AND HE GAVE ME TIPS I HADN'T THOUGHT OF. IT WOULD BE WONDERFUL INDEED IF EVERYONE AT HD COULD SHARE HIS SPIIT OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. ALSO A BIG COMPLIMENT TO VICKI, OUR CHECKER. BRYAN ZETLEN

Had an excellent experience in the Appliance section of Home Depot, with a discount, friendly customer service, and even help loading a washer and dryer on our truck.

I had a water heater warranty. Assistant Manager Kim was very helpful in assistance in solving my problem.

Sylvia at this Home Depot store is the most AMAZING sales associate ever! She helped me with the purchasing of all of my kitchen appliances for my online bakery. She is incredibly knowledgeable about product and so personable at the same time!

We decided on Home Depot instead of Lowe’s because their website was more complete… and when we went to the Carmel store we were assisted be very helpful staff. We are very very happy we chose Home Depot!

This is a great Home Depot location. Staff is welcome and aisles are clean and organized.

Needed an original OEM part for a Moen shower diverter. Surprise! They had a pre 1990 part.

We had been looking at Carpet and talked to four different stores with quotes. Home Depot in Carmel was where we purchased our carpeting! John and Pat were outstanding and took time to show us different products and demonstrated the quality of carpeting

Had an employee ask if I needed help as I searched for a specific light bulb, to which I replied, "No thank you, I'll find it." Well, he looked anyway and found it way before I would have stumbled across it. And in the Garden Center as I checked out, Amy (cashier) saw I was waiting in line (one person in front of me) and opened her register for me to check-out. I thought that was very nice and above expectations.

Every time I go into the store I feel immediately welcomed. People will say hello and ask if I need help. Y'all are the best!

My son & I arrived recently to purchase a new Bosch dishwasher. Upon entering the appliance area, we were greeted by Sylvia Fajardo, a sales associate, who was friendly & informative regarding my selection, which was not available in current environment. She worked diligently to locate similar machine, meeting all my requirements. I’m grateful to Sylvia for steering us in right direction. I ordered high level GE Profile with the hope I will be as pleased as I was with the Miele I owned for 21 years. Thank you, Sylvia, for your expertise!!!

Went into Home Depot on Michigan Rd in Carmel. Immediately greeted with an hello and how can I help you. I told Amy the employee I needed a key made and to exchange a propane tank. She immediately made the key and did the exchange on the tank. She was very pleasant and really seemed to be enjoying helping the customers. Very pleasant experience!

I recommend the Carmel Home Depot, the employees were awesome and exceeded my shopping experience expectations.

The Carmel Indiana Home Depot is my favorite hardware store to go to simply because of it's associates. They are all friendly and ready to help with whatever you need!

Browsing and having questions answered was easy; sometimes the flooring staff had people waiting to be helped but they took all the time a customer needed and remained happy and helpful for everyone. It was great to be able to take a sample board home and then get a larger piece shipped to me in 2-3 days. Ordering was very easy either online, via phone and the receipt came immediately to me online. Thanks so much John!

The employees in this store are so, kind, helpful and polite. I purchased cabinets and needed help getting them in my car. Needed to return some and the return department were amazing especially Tyler and Melody.

The store was convenient to the job site, they had what I needed and the check out was expedient.

Everyone who works at this Carmel, IN Home Depot is very friendly and helpful.

Not only did Home Depot have that other stores closer didn't but several employees asked if I needed help more times in this one visit to Home Depot than a years worth of visits to other similar stores. There were several employees that were stocking or doing other tasks but were also actively trying to catch my eyes to ask if I needed help. Unbelievable customer server. This store should write a book on how to do customer service. This was so over the top customer service.

The knowledge and friendliness of the staff (especially Jerry in tools) was impressive and what is missing from many of today's tool stores! I would shop there again!

Truly enjoy shopping at this store. Always welcomed with a kind a warm greeting. There is typically always someone there to help. Even when they might be short staffed some days, others are ready and willing to help however!
