This store is very careful to keep customers at a "social distance" outside, and MOST of the time inside as well! The store is very neat, and most items are easily located, and accessible! We DID have a problem with the "pick-up" area. The day we went, there were several 5-6 associates in that area. Most were looking up items on a computer, and helping a guest, but after we had waited patiently for over 10 min. with no one acknowledging us, I approached to ask for assistance. I was helped immediately, but the items we had purchased online were not yet ready, and were told we could either got to the aisle to pick them up ourselves (??!?), or wait until someone could help us!? We went to the aisle without assistance, located the items, and proceeded to take them off the shelf. Just then, one of your associates came by to help lift the items which were a little heavy, and cumbersome. He was very friendly, and professional, and even engaged us in a conversation about some other similar projects that may help our situation in the future. (And he wasn't even trying to "upsell"), just giving us GOOD ideas for a future time!! His name is JOSEPH, and he works in HARDWARE, which is NOT the department we were in!!! Kudos to Joseph!!

Great customer service and measure taken to address the COVID-19 issue are excellent. Protection given to employees is very good. And every employee seem to be doing their job very diligently and professionally. I am a engineer and I found that in the Campbell location the support in the electrical section is superb. Very technical and practical. There have never been occasion where my requirements and issues did not get resolved.

At a time when the world is literally turned upside down and many people are terrified or unable to work, the Home Depot employees were above board with courtesy and assistance. After 911, people would stop to thank officers for their service.... we should all take time to thank the employees of Home Depot for their service making what little we can "normal" during this critical time.

This is a great store in a very good location. Employees are helpful, friendly and well trained. The parking lot is a little busy and tight at times, but other than that the store is very convenient.

The store was clean and an employee named Jeff was super helpful! I’ll tell all my contractors to see Jeff at this store if they need anything. He helped me save money by pointing me in the right direction and to the right paint supplies. Jeff was knowledgeable and fast with answers.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I only come here due to proximity and I manage to leave irritated every time. don't think I've ever purchased wood here (lumber, moulding, dowels, etc.) without either being rung up with a cost that didn't match the price indicated on the shelf or having the cashier ask me what it costs, as if I work there. Then they order me to go fetch the barcode so they can ring me up. I don't think so. Label your products and do your job. Don't expect me to do your work for you; I already have a job.

Jeff in the paint dept. is the guy to see if you have any projects to do with painting. He is very friendly, helpful, and wise. He’ll take the time to point you in the right direction and give you good ideas because he is so knowledgeable! He will take his time to understand what you’re trying to do. He makes the store worth driving to! He knows where everything is located.

What a great service I received today at this store! Dariyush spent a lot of time and had a lot of patience helping me find everything I needed for my project. Thank you!

Nice and clean store for a hardware store.

Just horrible customer service, it's like going to Fry's electronic across the street you need to know what you need going in. I have been on a long term remodel and have been buying exterior and interior doors and whenever in need assistance the only available sales person in that department is Jonas. It's a hit or miss; he has a major attitude problem very arrogant asking help from him is like pulling teeth especially trying to get doors from the upper racks. I gave him his chance but after the last visit I'm done and now writing this review, next review will be HD Corp.

Clean store, staff at this location seem to be a lot more helpful than at other locations in the area I've used. I don't need much; items in stock, engaged employees and a quick easy purchase. This store has been pretty good in these regards over the last year or so. I definitely note some change with the helpfulness of staff.

I had went in and bought 2 gallons of paint and came home to find out it was wrong color of frost. I took it back and Lorraine in the paint depart. was Amazing color matching it to the color I needed. It wasnt a problem for her to take that extra time in helping me. I felt as though my mistake was easy for her to help make it right!! A stressful mistake, Lorraine turned in to a fabulous Customer experience. THANK YOU Lorraine!

Due to location it's convenient, customer service is not friendly or helpful. Cart Clark Moricio was friendly and more helpful. I always have to ask for help, even at paint. Oh paint department seriously needs training. As simple as read the can, I found the easier product(no mixing and cheaper) then clerk I asked for help. Ply wood, who knew the were so many different sizes(depth)! I'm just an average person, no knowledge of this stuff but need a board to support a bunk bed box spring better. Anyhow, found a guy, asked for help, got it cut to size, was not offered or given left over pieces and paid for the full plywood boardbut left with a smaller cut piece. Again, location is convenient, snack shack out front is super yummy and they are overly nice and friendly. I'll return because of convince but I get better customer service and friendly help at Lows. Thrush hold thingy, yeah I know I don't know the wording. Maybe that's why he couldn't help me. I need a piece of something to comment bathroom tile to hard wood bedroom that has a height difference. Couldn't find anything. Hot water dryer hook up, sent me to water hose spikets/ connectors. Not recommended for hot water. Again, convenient location, don't ask for help, do it yourself.

Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to find the items we need.

Came to have a spare house key made. Luckily for me I didn't have to search for an employee because one was standing at the key station. Checkout was extremely quick. Deandrea was very friendly and efficient. She made me feel welcome at this store. Note to mgmt.: she's a keeper!

I went to order windows for my home. The person in Mill Works was very helpful. His name is Hassan. He knows windows.

I was there early so every thing moved very smooth as far as I was concerned

I went in to purchase 38 gallon storage bins which were advertised on sale. I found the bins, but they were missing covers. It took me 15 minutes finally secure help. The customer service rep finally arrived and stated that they were aware that the covers were missing. Couldn't they take five seconds to post a sign that says covers are out of stock? Don't waste my precious time again. BTW: I returned the next day for another item and the storage bins were still there with no covers and no signs that they can't find the covers.Very poor management of this particular branch.
