I bought this today and am so happy.

I got 5 keys made and it was quick and they all worked so im happy

The employees were super helpful and courteous.

When you try redeem a store credit orange card, you are required to produce a Drivers License or cannot complete the purchase. If you produce a gift card, no ID is required and this seems very discriminatory

This store was so well organized and super clean, the staff was so eager to help me find not only aisle it was on but to show me exactly where the item I needed was! Way to go my local Home Depot!!!

Home Depot sells rhododendrons but they mainly sell hybrids which were created on the East Coast and in Europe, and a few Pacific Northwest hybrids. There are no rhododendrons that were hybridized in California, which is a major FUBAR. Many rhododendrons in the nursery trade were hybridized between Eureka and Los Angeles and shoud be featured instead of rhododendrons which are less suitable for the Bay Area. Many people live in condos and in apartments and can only grow a few plants in containers. The best rhododendrons for container gardening are maddenies and vireyas, many of which were hybridized in California. The San Francisco Botanical Garden introduced some vireya species to the United States and much hybridizing was done there. Home Depot shoud have the best plants for the Bay Area.

Going into my local Home Depot store here in San Jose makes me feel like I’m going back in to a store in Tennessee

My local home depot has all that I need most of the time.

The tree lot was so busy but the staff working out there made it convenient and quick. Specifically Ed. He was working so hard and was quick and efficient at helping all the customers. The trees themselves were such a great selection.

I went to this store because I to buy the wood flooring that I bought 8 years ago. And I am happy that I went to this store because they have everything I need and the manager of that day GRACE her customer service went above and beyond she is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had to bring back a respirator mask that wasn’t what I needed, the cashier working the return desk Brenda was extremely friendly, articulate and expedient not to mention courteous. I wish all employees could be like this particular associate!

The Campbell store is my "go to" hardware store for virtually all our building remodeling projects. From flooring to paint to lumber, appliances, plumbing, electrical, hardware, lighting, roofing, concrete, seasonal products and more, this is a one stop shop. No store is ever perfect, but by and large Campbell Home Depot goes above and beyond with great customer service, great employee attitudes, you can usually find everything you need and even though there's occasionally a hiccup, I find if your patient, Campbell Home Depot staff will do what they can to accommodate and make it right.

This store is always clean and the employees strive on helping you find what you need. They are knowledgeable on their products. I prefer the Campbell store out of all of the Home Depot’s in San Jose. They have all the shelves stocked for your shopping pleasure. A little too much, if you ask me, since I love to shop.

Great experience when needing to buy a new washer and dryer. The process was easy and a breeze. If you need any new appliances or have questions go and see Joe C. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient!

Thank you to Cedric and Yvonne for going above and beyond to help us Purchase a picnic table. The store has been changing locations of items and we really wanted a picnic table. They both took their time to help us acquire the picnic table we wanted. The price was not readily available so we had to wait to find out price. These two individuals starting with Cedric would bot stop till they were able to get us the table we needed and the price was finally found. They also discounted it for us. We never even asked. It is really nice to be able to come into a store and receive such great service. Thank you Home Depot for employing these two helpful individuals. We actually couldn’t pick up today but will be there to,or row with a bigger vehicle. Also I want to mention Grace also helped them although I never met her. Spoke to her to let her know we would pick up tomorrow may 24.

We went to the Home Depot store on Hamilton for a power tool. I recalled going to another large home improvement store (starting in a different letter) in San Jose where their cashier had nothing to do yet refuse to scan the gift card we bought at Staples. The Hamilton Home Depot store was buzzing with parking lot almost full. So we are a bit apprehensive when entering the store seeing how busy they were. Turned out everyone that worked there were very helpful. And Harry was able to get one from the top shelf in another isle. It was about 20 feet high and quite heavy so he had to use a lift. He blocked off the section to make sure things are done safely and did all that with a cheerful attitude yet still very efficient. Good job Harry! That’s what great service and professionalism is all about. It’s no wonder Home Depot got so much business from us. And Home Depot will be the first store we go to whenever we start a project or for everyday DIY.

Horrible customer service. We received a used product instead of a new one. Customer service refused to take it back. Gave us $50 as compensation, but that’s not enough to get us back into the store again. Will go elsewhere.

Watch out for sales associate MARCELA. Way too much attitude and can’t back it up with knowledge. It’s a shame she’s at the customer service desk!! Management get on your game and offer some attitude adjustment training.

I have shopped here several times. I always receive great service but today Lorayne went above and beyond helping me with my order. She provided very helpful and informative information. I highly recommend.

Helpful salespersons who practically take you by the hand to find what you are looking for. Clean and well setup store. Close to home and next to Highway 17.

I go in the evening when it is not crowded, and I’m always able to find an employee to help me, even though the store is very big. They have pretty good prices and the website makes it easy to see what they have in stock.
