This Home Depot is well stocked and well staffed, better than others nearby.

Associates in the paint department are rude and unhelpful. Went looking for a particular item and when I found it, I asked the two associates at the paint desk if either of them knew if I could use it on concrete. They said they didn’t know and went back to talking amongst themselves. I asked if there was anyone who might know, they told me to read the packaging. I told them I did that and it does not specify. They then told me to look it up online. I get that not everyone will know about every product, but it is unacceptable to not make any attempt to help your customer or even direct them to someone who might be able to help. It was not the first time I received terrible service in this department. Luckily, the store’s cashiers and customer service associates are much more helpful and considerate. One of them took the time to explain the product to me, and while it could have done what I wanted it to do, he did look up a much better option for me to try instead. I took his advice and am happy with the results. This store needs more employees like him and less like what they have in the paint department

Wim, an appliance specialist at the Home Depot helped us to pick the perfect washer/dryer combo for our new home!! He was super helpful, kind, informative, and went above and beyond! I would recommend this location if you are looking for nice customer service!!

I just would like to point out that there is an employee named Susan DiNardo. And every time that I come into Home Depot she is very very helpful. Even if it is not her department she will make sure I get taken care of or she will walk with me to find a product. I really appreciate employees like this. It keeps me coming back to Campbell Home Depot. She is always polite and doesnt seem to be bothered by going out of her way to help me. So Thank you Susan!!

The location is convenient and usually get an assistant to help with little wait time.

I purchased a washing machine and dryer and not only was the selection extensive, but my salesperson, Rick, was very nice and helpful making the whole experience pleasant.

I DONT COMPLAIN BUT WHEN YOU GOT SO MANY ASSOCIATES STANDING AROUND AND TALKING TO EACHOTHER AND NOT ONE OF THEM CAN HELP YOU THATS VERY RUDE!! NOW I HOPE YOU GUYS TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAYBE GO OVER WHAT THEIR REAL JOB IS HELPING PEOPLE AND BRINGING YOU GUYS SALES INSTEAD OF JUST STANDING AND TALKING TO EACHOTHER & GIGGLING TO EACHOTHER. CS TOLD ME TO ASK CASHIER ABOUT PM WHEN I HAVE PM WITH THEM BEFORE! WHY DO CASHIERS HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB? WHEN YOU GOT CASHIERS DOING BETTER THEN YOUR ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT! SHOUT OUT TO JAZLYN & ROSXY!! THEY BOTH COULDNT BELIEVE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SEND ME TO A CASHIER.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND EVEN THE BATHROOM. ONE CAN ALWAYS FIND AND EMPLOYEE TO GET HELP. CHECK OUT IS FAST EVEN IF THERE IS A LINE...IT MOVES. THE STORE HAS GREAT PRICE ON CLEARANCE ITEMS AND FUN SEASONAL STUFF. THE CHRISTMAS TREE YARD IS THE BEST. THE OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE CHILL.

Please make sure that the costumer receives the same product which he paid for. Also do not advertise a product on the store's website that is out of stock or discontinued.

This store is always very clean and friendly. They always have enough people to help when you need assistance. They are doing a great job keeping the Personal distance safety programs and the shelf’s are always stocked they do great with managing inventory.

Questions were answered quickly and professionally. Directions to merchandise were spot on. CIPRIANA the cashier suggested, recommended and finally convinced, nay, charmed me into applying and being approved for a Home Depot credit card. Extremely friendly and alert young lady. Even while helping the next customer, CIPRIANA twice reminded me to not forget my lumber. EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE!

Store location is >4 mins away, familiar with store layout, in general have received courteous help from anyone I have asked.

Glenn in Plumbing is an ALLSTAR!!!!! He helped me when 3 other employees pawned me off. He was so friendly and nice. Went WAY above and beyond to help me. Would SOLELY go back to this Home Depot for him!

The employees there should try their best to emmulate Russell. Your customers will thank you and you'll do better in, and go farther in life.

This store is always well-stocked and has a good selection of different options for the products I need. It's also well-organized. The staff is always helpful, and takes as much time as needed to help me. They sanitize the carts! A big plus in my book.

Staff member in the self checkout physically grabbed the scanner from my hand and stood right next to me while scanning my items. I didn't ask for help. I didn't want help, and I asked her to stop. Our county still has mandatory social distancing requirements.

Jesus at the Campbell store is one of the best retail sales clerks I have ever encountered. Smart, resourceful, great attitude and the ability to resolve a complex problem stemming from a confusing Home Depot promotion. The problem involved in-store and online-only products, and Jesus knew who to call and took care of the problem efficiently and cheerfully. Esta mui bien!

Not the friendliest bunch of people work here. The only reason I shop here is because it is close to my ,project. I am a General contractor who does additions and ADU's
