Very well stocked and clean store. All of the associates which I encountered were pleasant and very helpful. I have never been disappointed at this store. We visit quite a few times a month... More in the summer. Highly recommend.

Better place to shop in the last 2 years. Helpful , and now make time for us customers. I like the store much much better now.

Hire employees that has experience in the areas they are placed. The guy in windows and doors knows his stuff(Grey hair and beard) guy in garden area (Lamar?) very helpful.

I recently visited the Calhoun HD with an extensive list for a home renovation. I knew very little about most of the items... I was quickly assisted by associates in each of the departments I was shopping in. They made my trip go so smoothly! I love the service in this store! Keep up the good work Calhoun Home Depot!

In a separate visit to this location (I'm there at least once a week) I needed a single 2x8 double joist hangar, and the website showed 54 in stock. But in the space marked for 2x8 double joist hangars was instead a box of 2x4 double joist hangars. Jonathan (who I suspect is management and seemed to be walking the "racetrac") must've noticed me not finding what I was looking for and sprung into action. He identified the location of an unopened box on an upper shelf in an adjacent aisle and within minutes had gotten a motorized lift and brought down the box, handing me the one I needed and put the box in the marked space on the endcap, fixing the bigger issue at hand for your store. I appreciate your employees like Jonathan who go beyond the immediate issue to make the Calhoun store one of the better ones I've been in.

Always someone available to help out.

One of, if not the worst Home Depot stores to enter. If you need help finding an item or have questions, you have to go all over the store to find an employee. Not helpful and frustrating on our end. Employee will run off before we have found all we need. We had special orders-twice- that came back incorrect.- holding us up on new house. The manager lied to up on several occasions- not making the purchases right. It’s a shame they put the local mom and pop stores out of business in Calhoun Georgia!!

I would like to thank Cassia for going above and beyond to help resolve a warranty issue. Couldn't have had better service anywhere.

Burned again!! Gave the store a second chance. My dishwasher was installed incorrectly, but I got it fixed before the one year warranty, so I bought some more appliances. Washer, dryer and over the range microwave. When washer and dryer was installed, they cut holes to install the microwave. Left sawdust and garbage all over my kitchen then told me they were unable to install the microwave because tile would need to be cut in order to hang the brackets. My husband offered to come home and cut, but they couldn’t wait the 10 minutes for him to leave work and do this. So they left, and I headed to Home Depot to inform them of these events. I was assured that they would come back out, cut tile and hang my microwave. Offered apologies for the mess and a refund of the install. When I didn’t receive a call from the expediter (Jen) as was promised I came back to the store. I was assured a second time that the notes were in my account and that they would cut tile and install the microwave on 4/5. Today, they arrived and stated they could not cut tile. I called Home Depot. After explaining several times and being transferred. They spoke with the installers and myself AGAIN stating the same details mentioned above. Manager Mike then apologized that I received the wrong information TWICE in customer service and he can’t “make them” cut tile. If I had known it wouldn’t be done, we would have hired someone else to do the install instead of missing 3 days of work due to all this bull the’ve been feeding me each time I went to customer service. Original install date, their truck broke down, they rescheduled for 3 days later, I took off work for them to come drill holes, leave a mess and tell me they couldn’t install. Then stayed home again today for the same thing to only have to hire another person to hang my microwave. Ridiculous. Never again

Calhoun Home Depot is a great store. The products are of high quality and the employees are friendly and very helpful. I can always find what I need. Thank you Calhoun Home Depot for all of your GREAT service to your customers.
