Professional and Polite when it comes to customer service.

The people at this store are always friendly and extremely nice and extremely helpful.

Our experience with purchasing carpet for the house has been so far smooth. Just waiting for installation. Hunter and his team has been great and knowledgeable and if they don’t know they will ask for advise and help which is awesome

This store is way easier to get in and out of the parking lot than the one in Rome

The associates at this store are clueless. Even the managers. I have never been talked to like I was an idiot. I have heard stories from contractors and other customers saying this store is horrible. Now unfortunately I have experienced the same. They blamed my husband for a paint issue in which he bought the same spray paint and some turned out to be a darker shade. The "manager" told us it was because we did not know what we were doing and that it was our fault the paint was darker. He refused to refund us the 6 cans we brought back when we originally bought around 20 cans. This store is such a joke.

They have the rudest people working at the customer service desk. The supervisor is the worst.

Gary is awesome! We had two projects. He stayed with us on both. Best advise and gave us choices on the hardware to install. Extremely helpful! Steve was also helpful in loading us up. He helped early with setting a toilet. Tommy was helpful in picking out hardware. Also very helpful!

The store is in a great location and the store is clean. The employees are friendly and acknowledge the regular customers by name The managers take care of their customers.

I only go here when my jobs are near this location. People here aren’t very open or friendly. They must be unhappy with the workplace or the way they are treated. It is not very welcoming to people with diverse backgrounds. Nancy, always makes me feel like I’m dumb or can’t speak English. Fatima and Jackie are very rude. I don’t know if the employees are unhappy. If so, it reflects they way they treat others. Don’t expect to get great customer service here or to feel welcome to ask for help or ask questions.

Calhoun needs to teach the employee more about product. Everytime I go in this store No wants to help. No one knows anything you ask and The young girls are smart butts. We need this store and some of us don't know everything.

Needed assistance in lumber and nobody would come and the manager was rude. Austin and Carlos, who didn't even work in lumber, made the experience alot nicer by coming to help.

Far too many people ignoring the requirement to wear face coverings. There is a reason our county is much higher than others with per capita Covid 19 infections.

After the associate scanned the sku and the scanner said there no more in stock, I found the item on the top shelf and pointed it out to the associate he went a retrieved a ladder and got it. Had I not pointed it out to the associate I would’ve left the store without the item. I would appreciate the associate going the extra mile and not me because I’m not getting paid to do his job.

Love this store. They have a lot of good employees.

Store very handy and if item is not in stock you can order and get in a few days

This Home Depot store has reduced the quality of its customer service. When David was the manager, and Mark was one of the assistant managers, I always felt welcomed and felt that my patronage (tens of thousands of dollars in value each year) was important to Home Depot. I no longer feel that way, and that is sad. Their newer associates seem to feel pressured to perform, rather than to help customers. Assistance is seldom available. Their national competitors will be seeing much more of my business, even though they are farther away.

While I found the store to very clean and associates very friendly, the product I wanted was not in stock and I coudn't find an associate to assist me in answering my questions.

Was promised - and paid dearly for- delivery and it never came. Not even a phone call to let us know. We called them and they said oh sorry it was our mistake. We will bring it out in two more days... NO! Not acceptable. Extremely disappointed in lack of help, follow through, and failure to deliver!

The store was clean and great customer service.

Had to order an important, expensive power equipment item - and had to go to another store to successfully place the order. This location created many problems and solved none of them, including ordering the wrong item, 5 failed attempts to place the order, unable to cancel incorrect orders, unable to cancel an incorrect charge on my credit card, and unwilling to resolve the many problems they made. I had to take 13 hours on the phone with HD ordering dept. to resolve these problems and they still might charge me hundreds of dollars for restocking and return freight for a wrong item they made no effort to stop shipment once the error was found. Store staff are clueless with basic aspects of their job, and the HD internet sales operation is even worse. Many excuses, no solutions.

I mainly shop at this location. The staff in electrical, not very knowledgeable. I had to call an electrician friend to have questions answered.

Love our Calhoun Home Depot. Store is always clean and neat. Store associates are knowledgable and friendly. Store associate, Janice, who works in appliances, is very knowledgable about products and helped us make an informed decision with our washer/dryer purchase. Thanks, Janice!

Gwen is the rudest cashier I have ever seen. When asked to take care of a problem, blaming the customer is not a good response. Ben, assistant manager, was no better. He didn't listen to me and acted like a brick wall. Two of the worst Home Depot employees... for now. They shouldn't have jobs!
