Anyone who has or have had a child going to college knows one of the “biggies” is getting a small refrigerator. Just by chance the Calhoun location has many varieties at good prices. Better get yours before there all gone.

I grabbed a 4X4X8 that had a big chunk missing and the staff was very polite in helping me with my concern of switching it out.

I love how much home depot employees seem to love their job and offer smiles and help. A trip to home depot is really like a treat for myself. Id rather go to home depot then get a massage.

I had to return a fan past the 60 days because my contractor no showed and no call . Saun was kind enough to look up the online order and issue a store credit. I’m thrilled that I am not out the cost of the fan due to unreliable contractors.

Supervisor at Pro Dept is extremely rude. Use be top notch service. Past six months new leaders and it's worst Pro service I ever experienced. I use Cartersville, Dalton location and this is far worst now and Calhoun use be Best !! You need rethink your leadership at Pro

Our local Home Depot has the best employees. When we need to return something they are very understanding and helpful. We have bought a stove, refrigerator and even kitchen cabinets from Home Depot. I am so very please with my kitchen cabinets and I especially love the fact that if I have a problem 10 years from now - Home Depot will still be here - can't guarantee that a local contractor would still be around. Home Depot is the best!!!

I received the best service last night at this Calhoun Store by a young man named "Josiah". He truly has a heart to help others and it made my day better by having him help me. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me find everything I was looking for. The world needs more people like Josiah!

Try to apply online had issues with the online application was told to call HR and speak to Christy or Chrissy. There were multiple positions posted online but this lady informs me they are not hiring at the moment I did have somebody that had relayed my name to her I’m also a stay at home mother said I would only need the morning hours to get my children off to school it made me feel like she just didn’t want to mess with me due to the fact that there wear so many positions to apply for online if only I could’ve gotten the online application to work correctly I would’ve already had one in.

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot stores for a long time and generally get good service and products. But I always get excellent service and knowledgeable clerks when shopping at the Calhoun Home Depot. I appreciate the friendliness of all employees.

I have bought a number of items, large and small, from Home Depot in Calhoun, and have been very pleased with the products and the customer service. The associates will ask me if I’m finding everything. If I’m looking for a particular product, they will often walk me over to the location. Most of the associates are very knowledgeable about the products in their department and are ready and able to answer those questions and will give me recommendations. I like the culture of service at this store.

The employees are always super helpful when I’m looking for anything. They also are quick to help with self checkout when needed and they always wish us a great rest of our day.

An unexpected issue came about with our old countertop microwave oven. We opted to seek a replacement. Viewing the products available on the website for the Calhoun, GA store, we selected the desired replacement and saw that several were in stock. Upon arriving at the store and proceeding to the location of the product, a department associate asked if we needed help. I declined any assistance and placed the new countertop microwave oven on my cart. I observed some minor container damage and asked the associate if the product itself might be damaged. He advised that shipments received that were suspected of being damaged in transit were inspected and, if damaged, returned to the shipper. Awesome shopping experience from our local store!

I went to pick up flooring purchased yesterday. The gentleman I worked with yesterday was great.(Noah) Today I go in. He’s at lunch. EVERYONE else in the store acted as if I was an inconvenience in their days.
