A bunch of employees doing nothing standing conversing with each other not offering any assistance.

My experiences at this store have always been positive. I located the products I needed with the assistance of 2 separate floor employees, who were more than happy to answer my questions. Found my products quickly and headed to the self-service checkout, where I was again assisted by a cashier when an item I scanned froze the self-service register. The cashier politely asked me to step back, due to the precautions being taken by all of us during this worldwide health crisis. She then corrected the problem and we wished each other a good day. Thank you. Overall, I found the store to be quite clean and neat at the time I as there.

While some sort of friction (personally I called it "spice of life") may have happened in the past, never big enough to mention. Hence, the experience was always good. It is amazing how the bad attitude of one employee may make the customer think twice about favoring a store. It is the first time, in decades of favoring "Home Depot", in which a single employee made me give such a sour review to the store (which I find it unfair, as it eclipses the great service received by the employee who actually took care of me).

During my shopping experience, the associates were friendly, courteous, answers my questions and most of all were very helpful. I had no problem finding my merchandise since the cashier told me the exact isle where the merchandise was located. Bravo to the Bruckner Team!

Awesome experience....this store has significantly improved since our past year visit; you actually can find someone to help you find an item and answer questions without a very long wait.

I needed a computer cleaning spray. A crew member promptly directed me to it and I found it immediately. I was stunned because this place is huge. They rent fork lifts and back hoes here but I was genuinely surprised that they had snacks. I bought 3 bags of potato chips at Home Depot. This place is awesome!

This store is great made it easy to buy my gas stove and had it delivered the only thing was the guys they sent to my house try to charge me to hook it up and that wasn’t nice try to shake me down for money

Judith gave me and my husband the best experience we have ever had at a Home Depot store. She made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. She spent time with us and did not make us feel like she had better things to do than help us.

Store was clean and stocked, however customer service was HORRIBLE! Keke in customer service was extremely rude and dismissive.
