Parking lot is dirty; customers and store employees "angle park" to take up two parking spaces. Shelves price tags are not the same at the register. Product/materials on shelves are unorganized and often misplaced. Stock online shows, "available" but not on store shelves. Poor image for the Home Depot brand.

Self checkout rep rudely ignored the line and question I had. The Bronx - Bruckner Boulevard Home Depot location clearly has no respect or regard for Military Vets as they won’t even explain their Military Discount process. Sad that an American organization such as Home Depot allows such disregard to is US Vets to be treated by such.

I found everything I needed for my new home and prices were great no complaints

HOME DEPOT MADE ME SCHEDULE AN IN-PERSON CONSULTATION WHEN I ASKED FOR AN IN-HOUSE CONSULTATION SO A PROFESSIONAL COULD MEASURE MY KITCHEN. SO WHEN I WENT TO HOME DEPOT, I WOULD HAVE THE MEASUREMENT AND BE ABLE TO MAKE DECISIONS. BUT I HAD TO WASTE MY TIME GOING TO HOME DEPOT TO SPEAK WITH A EXPERT SO HE COULD SCHEDULE MY IN-HOME CONSULTATION. WASTING BOTH OF OUR TIME. THIS IS ALSO DELAYING MY PROJECT. I NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME TO SCHEDULE THE IN-HOME CONSULTATION TO, THEN HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK TO THEN HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET THE KITCHEN LAYOUT SO THEN I CAN MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO SPEAK WITH THE EXPERT AGAIN SO WE CAN FINALLY GET TO WORK DESIGNING THE KITCHEN. I’VE GONE TO ANOTHER CABINET STORE, AND I HAD MEASUREMENT AND A FULL ESTIMATE IN THREE DAYS. HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO DO BETTER. ALSO HOME DEPOT CHARGES $99 FOR AN IN-HOME CONSULTATION. THE OTHER CABINET STORE CHARGED $50 AND THAT $50 IS DEDUCTED FROM MY FINAL BILL. HOME DEPOT ISN’T DOING THAT.

The workers here know their stuff. Knowledgeable and more than willing to help.

There's probably one or two employees who don't represent the overall team but considering how everyone is friendly and knowledgeable regarding a various amount of home improvement projects (I've asked) Definitely 5 stars, especially with management who go out of their way to help customers. Management is A-1 for sure.

Wonderful store great selection and great staff

disgruntled employees who take out their anger on customer service. Particular in the door installation dept. It almost seems like the people there are not qualified or subject matter experts in their respective areas. It took 30 mins for someone to come and help me and when he did, he was rude, nasty and didn't take the time to educate me the doors. He kept referring to what's in the system, rather than listening to my needs and answering my questions.
