Spoonie has excellent services!! Very attentive and friendly!

The customer service employees were extremely helpful with returns, placing an online order, & applying for a Home Depot card.

I just want to let Home Depot know that the guys that came to bring my refrigerator Max and Stud T28 were amazing. They were very helpful friendly and I really hope they will get recognize for their work that job is not easy this was a surprise for my Mom. It turn out to be great. I really appreciated the time they came got the job done and left. Just needed to share this with you. I brought the refrigerator at 550 Hamilton Avenue in Brooklyn. Also I’m not sure if it was Ryan Cumberbatch I know it was a gentleman was so helpful of helping me choose the right refrigerator due to the sizes that would fit into my door very attentive he works of cause where the appliance are at. I really hope he will also get recognize for it. I love when I go somewhere and get treated right. I normally don’t write review like this because now in days people don’t attend to you most of the time.

Excelent Store

The employees were friendly. They answered questions and took the time to escort me to the correct aisles in the store for different items. I found the products I needed.

I never had a problem to find what I was looking for. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff that give you good advice and direct you to the right place in the store.

I had a great experience at this store as the young lady in flooring made to easy for me to finically choose the tiles I needed for a home remodel. I had visited several other stores initially however they either did not have the items I needed or the staff was rude and unhelpful.

This store location is very well organized making it simpler to find the items I needed. The staff was friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable in terms of the products required for a remodel (bathroom, kitchen).

I had a nice experience purchasing a couple of kitchen cabinets from this location. The staff was very helpful in helping me get spplicable discounts and they helped me match the existing cabinets with the two old ones.

This by far I think is one of the best stores in the area, based on service and accommodation.

Good Store. Great Staff. Smiling helpfull. Not to knowledgeable. Park as close to store as possible. There are Keyers and Denters in the lot. Your car "WILL" get keyed and/or dented on door or side . 'People only care about themselves.'

David in Plumbing is a great help and asset to Homedepot. The store is clean and lots of help finding items. The people who work there really make it easy to find what your looking for with a smile. I fully Recommend this store and see that changes for the better have been made here. The check out lines are fast and short and there is an front end manger watching to make sure of that. The return desk is fast and respectful. This location is really a great place to shop doesnt matter if your a builder or a fixer upper everyone is treated correct.

HORRIFIC SHOPIING EXPERIENCE. NEVER GO HERE! Unhelpful, unresponsive, untrained, uncaring defensive staff; bad management, unanswered phones, badly stocked, totally undependable delivery service. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly in this store. They are also very knowledgeable. Anytime I go into this Home Depot , someone is always there to help me and figure out what is best for the current project I’m working on .

I recommend this store because most people who work here are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. My most recent visit was a nightmare though, hence the 3 stars. I was treated rudely by the cashier who had no idea what she was doing and nearly drastically overcharged me. The guy who cut the wood I bought was amazing. The assistant mgr who bailed this hapless girl out was also stellar. The cashier should either be re-trained like a new employee or let go. I have never said anything like this before on a review. I am still angry and hurt over the way I was mistreated.
