Gift Card users BEWARE when shopping at this Home Depot where we were SCAMMED numerous times by its employees.

The associates at the paint desk were super helpful in getting everything I needed to repaint my apt room. I ended up choosing the Ice Sculpture Behr paint which I am very happy with. Valerie at checkout was the best. She was making sure all customers were having a positive, fast and efficient checkout experience. Thank you to your team! I will shop here again because of this good shopping experience.

disorganized, empty containers, employees that could not care less, day laborers that have no business working in the skilled trades. People are stealing from this store all day long, employees don't bother to put items back where they belong, so you'll spend way more time than you should hunting down the hardware you need. Items on the clearance shelves are poorly marked, not marked at all, or don't belong on those shelves.

This location is great. My experience was great and Niketta in appliances is very professional helped me from beginning to end

Very hard to get some help in tools very nasty people with nasty attitudes

The store had what I needed. When I could not find an item, staff was nearby to help. If you are shopping for only a few items, the upper parking deck gives much easier access than the lower lot (and a great view of the interstate bridge traffic and New York's skyline)

Sales Cashier Valerie was absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and helpful, you could not ask for someone better to help you.

It was such an uplifting experience especially during this difficult time with the Pandemic & shutdown. Anna's supervisor at the return desk near her was kind & supportive too. Thank you HD for having an amazing staff. Would you please acknowledge them. I look forward to my next shopping experience because of these professionals.

The employee's very well knowledgeable and willing to help you in everywhere possible. There's a lot cashiers available. You're in and out very fast, no long lines.

STUFF WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEALING WITH RETURN, FOR EXAMPLE, A CASHIER, NAME J******, SHE WAS TAKING MY RETURNS AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE JOB AND HER ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE.

There are 5 Homedepot's in Brooklyn but the one I enjoy the most is the one closest to my home.

Customer Service personal: Rebecca Was great!! Personable, courteous and professional. Put the human element into understanding the reason for the immediate visit. Security Guard: Name not given. Response/Reason: vendor and being humble. This man, noticed where the error occurred on the receipt and expertly advised an immediate visit customer service. Store personal: Appliance - Joey Fantastic help! Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and heavily sought after by customers and peers. Successful processes our order of 6 appliances! Others: no names given, keeps mentioning “sorry, not my area” and some assisted by intercom for requesting “qualifying personal” for further assistance. Wait time: 15-45 mins. Cashier: Ta-liyah Courteous. Keyed in wrong quantity on POS-gun for a large transaction. Did not review whole order before closing sales order. Causing the need for Customer Service visit.

This store is clean and very good service

The store is clean, well equipped and you can find unadvertised clearance merchandise at very reduced prices. Also, the attendants are very helpful and patient when you find them. Definitely need more employees to serve such a busy and large store.

Store has good stock on hand, employees are generally helpful but they need MORE help, sometimes 3-4 customers are waiting to be helped by the one available sales clerk.
