PROPERLY STOCKED

I like this particular location because of great selection of items and also because of great employees, such as cashier Johnny, store associates Alexus and Jorge. Great job!! Great service!!

I go to Home Depot for all my repair and renovation needs. I purchased my kitchen cabinets, appliances and cleaning supplies from Home Depot. I am probably there 3 or 4 times a month. Yes to all the questions.

The store is no at all clean, representatives are no willing to attend costumers, they feel like if they are better than costumers(no all but majority of them)

No accurate with online in store stock. Completely disorganized. No customer service fro employees

Salesperson Vicki in flooring exemplifies true customer service. She took the time to locate the undisplayed item unlike the other 2 locations I visited. She even provided a chair while she completed the transaction because I began to feel fatigued from my recent surgery. She even escorted me to and from the register to sign credit card authorization. In most cases you can't even find a salesperson to ask a question but she was courteous and went beyond the call of duty. My encounter with all team members was pleasant

Great store and staff

Not very friendly associates there . Nobody want to help me I was trying to purchase a stove . Cashier was eating at the register and was rude . They was looking at me and my husband like they hated the job I will never shop here again because one employee gave another one name to help me cause she didn’t want to help so I’m screaming his name looking for him to help and he left already while she was doing absolutely nothing. Then she decided to help when I said no one can help me then she helped me with a really bad attitude. They front cashier was horrible and her attitude was worst then the lady who didn’t want to help me never shopping here again ...

The checkout cashier, Ms. Jocelyn, went above and beyond assisting me. I am hearing impaired and my hearing aids don’t work well in an open in an environment. She was kind enough to repeat things to me when I couldn’t hear well. She is an asset to you corporation.

The best Home Depot that I have been to. The shelves are well stocked and neat and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. You don't have to cross half of the store just to find someone to help you. I loved that someone was available to cut down the 2 x 4s for me. I had interactions with 3 different staff members for a large purchase and each one was exceptional. I can actually say it was an ENJOYABLE visit! Where does that happen in NYC?!

Huge store fully staffed with friendly, helpful people available everywhere. I like the self check-out, very efficient.

They need hire some good cashiers People there are too rude

This store was very dirty , black soot dirt on a lot of merchandise , the cashier Spoonie was very informative on merchandise and wonderful on the register we were really impressed with her people skills and personality . Spoonie is a asset to that store

I'm in the midst of creating a room in my raw basement. I don't have much experience in contracting and needed some advice of how to precede. The sale rep. at Home Depot was really nice and had the knowledge to assist me and advise me on how to do it, which materials were needed and the amount of each material. They were really accurate and gracious. I would recommend this store to all who needs building material.

Spoonie was great!

In the past 4 months I have had positive experiences visiting this store, finding what I was looking for, and was able to continue home improvement projects. This time round I used plaster, tapes, brushes, fixtures, electrical supplies, batteries, lighting (offerings were weak compared to simple internet search)

Better customer service

I can’t believe how good the Home Depot Kitchen Designers are! (And they’re free!!) My dad had suggested I use them, but I was like, “Naw, how good could they be?” And I hired a private designer. Well, after visiting HD for kitchen cabinets and speaking with designer, Kim, I was so impressed I actually let my own designer go! Kim was amazing! He consistently went above & beyond. He was patient, a great listener, and moreover, had really helpful suggestions throughout the whole process. He worked hard to find creative solutions to some of my design dilemas and succeeded in making my kitchen beautiful despite its NYC limitations. He has a keen design sense and really knows his stuff! I especially appreciated his attention to detail and his making sure nothing was overlooked. He even made sure to get me the best deals to save me money! I can’t say enough about KIM and highly recommend him to anyone designing or renovating their kitchen! (Ps. He’s only there on weekends so be sure to schedule an appointment with him ahead of time. (Unfortunately I can’t speak highly of their phone answering and trying to actually reach a person, but be patient, it’s worth it!)). Kitchen designer, Michael, was also wonderful - he helped me when Kim wasn’t there. He was always very helpful, had great suggestions and is clearly a skilled designer! I recommend them both! AND, one day neither of them were available and I worked with Marie. She was also great - attentive, patient, engaged. Pretty amazing that these 3 highly skilled, thorough, caring designers are all at this one location!! I loved the way they worked as a team! I will not hesitate to return to HD on Hamilton Ave for All my home design needs!! And can’t wait to see my new friends again! Thank you, you guys!!

NOT ENOUGH STAFFING TO RECEIVE APPROPRIATE HELP IN BASICALLY ANY DEPARTMENT!

This Location probably is the best in the area. For the most part workers are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would like for them to improve is so the can stack shelves more often but other then that good service.

I went at 8:04 am and was out by 8:45am. Checkout with Scanner worked well as all my closetmaid items had barcodes. It’s one of the largest stores but my morning associates were helpful, courteous and considerate my age and helped me with technology of gift cards, scanning and automated checkout.

shayna and neal are great and deserve a big raise

Special kudos to Neal. He's extraordinarily efficient, patient and kind. He works diligently at the self- checkout and was super gracious to support me with my checkout items. Thank you also to Tameika who welcomed me into the store and skillfully handled my returns. Neal and Tameika reflect HD's high standards. Special thanks to their managers who bring out the best in them.

Great Store!!! Associates are Down To Earth, Friendly, Respectful, and Professional. Management is also OUTSTANDING!!! PLUS: The Store Is HUGE!!! Stock is Excellent!!! AND Their Product Line is SUPERB!!!
