If you want to get the rolling of the eyes, the sucking of the teeth and just pure nasty workers, go to the Fort Hamilton location. They have some great workers like Tanya in Customer service and Ivy the cashier, but the attitude that you get from the associates makes you want to run and spend you hard earn money at LOEWS. Bad reflection the the good works and the management team, not to mention to Home depot

Paint associate worked with no sense of urgency and was more interested in chatting with his coworkers than helping out customers.

Shout out to Kat and Reese. Kat was the best in helping us, going out of her way to assist us with something we really needed help with. So helpful!! Best customer service! Reese was present and engaging at check out. Truly warm and helpful.

I needed 1 x 12 x 8' #2 lumber, Store have over 60in the "Overhead" No Associate was available to bring it down, went wit 10' material instead of the 8'. Waited over 1/2 an Hour to finally have it cut (not 2 lengths were the same or CORRECT!) Used My H/D app to receive my Military discount (should have been over $20) and got $2.00 DTalked with an associate and they said there was NOTHING they could do!!! What a crappy answer !

During the Christmas holiday, all of the Home Depot employees who I came in contact with were very courteous, helpful & professional.

This place is filthy and full of rude employees. Liars and frauds. Also threatened here.

Nelson in hardware is really smart and very helpful and KIA at check out is a computer wiss who was nice and got me checked out fast 90% of the workers have great attititude and are helpful with a smile in this store #1225 Brooklyn been using this location since it opened and was 24/7 plus it was at one time the best homedepot in the nation I think they should extend the hours again to 1 am closing this 8 pm or 10 pm is way to early

Great cashier and customer service

A great location to shop most of all of the employees are great with the service plus really understanding the needs of helping the customers. Keep up with the great work the employees understand the brand of the company if you have bad employees it's not good for businesses or the brand this goes a long way. GREAT JOB!!

Best Home Depot in Brooklyn but that’s not saying a lot. If you find yourself in this store look for Aida. She is one of the good ones.

I and my friend are customer and shop highly in the store. I would say most of the customer service is average. But most of the time we service our selves and a lot of times I would say they have a lot of workers so assistance should be more in high demand

This is the worst Home Depot store I have ever been to. Will never go there again.

Great place, pleasant staff,fully stocked. Out of all the the Home depots this particular location is my favorite they always have exactly what I'm looking for.

Cherylyn Richards and Joe the assistant manager are the best. The deserve a bonus. This is the best Home Depot in the Tri- state. Everyone is super helpful and personable. I never have to search for assistance. The store is loaded with experts.

They need more cashier and workers on the isle for help
