Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Called prior to assure the item was available and come to find out the associate could not locate it. System showed 44 on hand. Had to sacrifice and just buy the next larger air conditioning unit. By far the HD in Broadview is the MOST disorganized and associates seem to know nothing or very little. Many need to training or see if they have proper knowledge to be on the floor.

great place to shop....always find everything on my list employees are so friendly and helpful such a variety of merchandize - love it!!!

The store is well stocked, and the procedures for customer access control during COVID-19 while somewhat inconvenient when compared to other times, were well thought out and utterly appropriate considering the current, unfortunate situation. However, the staff had an entirely inappropriate, if not dangerously cavalier attitude about facial masks. For some unfathomable reason, the cashiers were all wearing their facemasks in such a way that their noses and UPPER LIPS were all uncovered. This is not healthy nor safe. If you are above the age of 45, you are at high risk for COVID-19. Think seriously about how badly you need to shop at this store if you value your health and safety.

Knowledgeable patient and courteous

Every one is always calm and cheerful and most important very helpful .

Those ladies at curbside were great. Smiled, were friendly, got our stuff quickly, put it in the card. Great attitude considering they are working outside and because of Covid-19.

Even though the associates don't seem that busy they are unwilling to help you find an item. Prepare yourself for a long walk.

The majority of the associates at this store are very friendly and helpful. The check out lines are pretty quick. Sometimes items are not priced competitively.

Great customer service.

We like the store because it's well-organized and is always fully stocked. also we really like it because the personnel tend to be credible and to know something about their products that they sell. We also like the store because if there are any problems that arise they are easily solved. The fact is that when we have had concerns store personnel have always been there to help us to make a good solution for us and make us want to come back and do more business with them. So, not every location of a big box store can claim this but this is our experience with this location and we think you will like these folks too.

Most employees are very helpfull but some are not

A washer hose, purchased with and installed with a stacked washer-dryer from this store, catastrophically failed 13 days ago. Since then I have been shuffled to and talked to three different corporate insurance representatives, none of whom believe the responsibility is theirs. Store management has failed to return phone calls and has been of zero assistance. Fortunately, I arrived home in time to turn the water off to the building to prevent further damage to my home and others in the building, but the store has thus far failed to acknowledge any responsibility or payment for the emergency plumber I had to call. I would not wish this retail experience on any potential customer of Home Depot.

The worker do not want to help you to much.

I stopped at the store to purchase items for my kitchen remodel project a lady named Maria help me with my grout choice my backsplash material to go under my hood fan she was absolutely amazing she was multitasking stocking shelves still looking around at customers asking if she could help them find anything good job Maria you made my five stars Maria

We appeared at the Broadview Home Depot to return a sump pump and to purchase the correct item this time. We arrived with so much confusion and uncertainty. We were unclear as to the; comparison of products, capacity, capability, horsepower functions, sustainability, and the list goes on. JEFF erased all our concerns, we even got a quick education. Example; We never knew about the differences in a sump pump versus a utility pump (or that a utility pump even existed). JEFF made sure we did not purchase the wrong item. JEFF made sure we got what fit our needs the best. We are very happy with our product. We are even more excited about the awesome service we received at the Broadview Home Depot. They are very professional, courteous, patient, and most importantly knowledgeable. Why do I say "knowledge" is most important? On a previous trip to a Home Depot, the staff was professional, courteous, etc, but they suggested and steered us into purchasing the wrong item.

I am currently a first time home home and I must say I am always shopping at home depot. The customer service is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Specially the tall older gentleman in the plumbing department I believe his name is Jeff and he is the Jedi Knight of plumbing.

Broadview home depot was clean. I was only greeted by 2 Associates. Despite the several Associates that walked by me.

Store is consistently disorganized. The worst, however, is there are often no cashiers on duty and only self checkout available. This is horrid customer service and bad business practice. People with jobs is a better reflection of excellent customer service than using AI to replace humans..

The employees at the Broadview Home Depot are especially helpful. They know the answers to my questions and if not can usually find someone immediately to help. They are cheerful, friendly, and, go above and beyond to provide great customer service.

Customer service is the worst...I will never go there again

I have to travel twice as long to get to this store but its worth it. If have shopped here before then you know what I am talking about , Courteous outgoing employees help you to cruise through the whole store With out too Many hang ups especially when you are in a hurry.
