Store is always clean and organized. Garden employees are super helpful.

I had no problems just had to walk to service desk for assistance. But the guy came right away and helped me lift my merchandise. So I was happy.

Athina knows her appliances and Broadview Home Depot is the Best.

Griffin and Diego were super courteous and helpful. I came in to get 12 bags of dirt but had a needy two year old attached to my hip today. Diego and Griffin helped me load the bags, load them in to my car as well. There was a third young gentleman there as we that helped laid in to my car but I didn’t catch his name. Great customer service and helped so much when I needed it.

We purchased our first washer and dryer and Athina Solomos was great all around! She helped us DID NOT PRESSURE US! And we left extremely happy! Can’t wait for our appliances to arrive!

Got to the store before I went to work at 5;50 am. Know that the store opens at 6, so I was prepared to wait. The store was already open. I was in and out in literally 10 minutes. Yvonne, checked me out in a very fast, efficient manner. This is the best, cleanest, well run Home Depot, in the 3 that I go to.

Everyone was so congenial and courteous when I entered the store. Even before I got there, over the phone, I received great customer service from one of their top notch sales associates. Please keep up the good work of providing excellent attention to customers in need.

Worker named Johnny was beyond helpful and patience in placing an online order for me since the Milwaukee jacket I wanted wasn't able in store.

As we searched our shopping list we were amazed that there was an abundance of product in many sizes and styles and found exactly what we wanted. At a different store we often shop there was little or no selection- so we tried HD-Broadview and WHAT A SURPRISE! They had it all!

We had the pleasure of working with an employee named Athina today while shopping for a new washer and dryer. The amount of knowledge she had to offer about all of the brands on the floor really helped us decide on a set that fit our needs. Athina was patient and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for any new appliances!

Jose Lopez is always a great help. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He is an expert in explaining and educating you on one’s desired purchase. He takes his time and I leave with a wealth of information to make an accurate purchase. If I need extra assistance, I try to time my visits when I am certain that Jose is on duty.

Long time customer to this location, shop here 4 out of 7 days a week. We recently decided to purchase an appliance package with them. We had the package delivered on Saturday late afternoon and by Monday afternoon the fridge stopped working. I also purchased an extended service plan for 3 years. I have had very limited customer support. I have been sent to multiple different departments, with no resolution. I am currently on my 3rd phone call of the day and have been on hold for 1 hour! Do NOT purchase appliances from Home Depot.

I was able to place my order for a refrigerator, and have a delivery date in less than 30 minutes; did not have to wait long for help either

Picked up a pack of owens corning fanfold insulation a went to check out. There were 30 packs on the shelf with the correct label and sku on the shelf. At checkout the first checkout person could not find the product and asked another customer service person to check the sku at the the shelf. 3 minutes later he came back and asked if we found the sku. We asked to get some one else to help out and after a brief attempt simply told us to get in line at customer service to checkout. Buy this time I had already showed both people the description of the insulation on the HD app but the app said it was unavailable. Terrible experience

Big shout out to Nancy (CXM) at the Broadview Store. I had an issue, and Nancy went out of her way to solve it. She guided me through everything I needed to know and then made sure I was taken care of. I am so very grateful for all her help. The Broadview, IL, location is my preferred Home Depot because of Nancy.

I received excellent customer service there flooring department is absolutely fantastic the best!!!

We shopped here for some plants we needed for a friend's birthday. The plants we saw earlier were gone and yet we found some great deals. I needed to pick up some wire fencing for lawn protection from nighttime animals, digging up lawn for grubs.

The African American cashiers at the self checkout are extremely rude and have condescending bad attitudes. The way they made me feel as a customer I will never return back.

I bought 102 pieces of drywall and a worker by the name of Johnson helped me load it in my truck by hand. I can not complain the customer service was excellent. The drywall was heavy and Johnson never once complained. He got straight to work. He was very helpful.

All of the workers we encountered were delightful and happy to help us purchase a leaf blower+trimmer and an outdoor dining set! Victor, in particular, went above and beyond to help us!
