STEVE in the paint department is the best ever! He is very, very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, patient, and so much more. He'll make your trip worth it. He even walked down the aisles with me to answer questions and assist with his expertise. The store was clean, items were organized. I found products I needed and all employees were friendly and helpful.

Janita in customer service, who waited on me on two occasions, was terrific.

PRODUCT EASY TO FIND, ASSISTANCE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, STORE IN CLEAR AND CLEAN FINDING ORDER, AND THE STAFF ASSOCIATES FLOOR HELP ALSO CASHING OUT CLERK ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND CARING (MS.TATY) .

Very neat and clean, on previous surveys I commented , not as helpful as the Mundelein store, however a great improvement.

The manager, Miguel, demonstrated great customer serivce and leadership skills.

The associates at the service desk were friendly. The ProDesk was slow but also friendly. The paint desk was lacking associates and the carpet desk guy was sweet. The cashiers look very young and self checkout is confusing. But overall it had what I needed.

When I shop at Home Depot Broadview I always find what I need . I have to say the Plumbing department has 2 guys Jeff and Joe working there and they are both top shelf guys when it comes down to plumbing. All you have to do is show them a picture of your project and brief idea on what you want to do, and both Jeff or Joe, are the type of people that will start handing you the right pieces for your project. They will also talk to you about the correct way to do any plumbing project and think of things you need to do that you might not even realize.

Love this store, I'm always visiting this location. Employees are always helpful in my experience which is great...explain things in depth....nice people to do business with

On January 16, 2021 I decided to go Home Depot located in Broadview. I had been researching washers and dryers online. I entered the store and I was greeted. This is always a plus to me. I walked into the Appliance Deport and met a wonderful woman Mrs.ANS1OQS. She was very polite and knowledgeable regarding the various washers and dryers that were sold at this particular store. I must have asked Mrs. ANS1OQS at least seven questions about the various washers and dryers. She was able to answer everyone of my questions. She was professional and friendly and because of her mannerisms I decided to purchase my LG washer and dryer from this Home Depot. If I ever need to purchase another appliance I would drive from the Southside of Chicago to Broadview to make my purchase simply because, of the way Mrs. ANS1OQS treated me.

More than once a young guy by the name of Tristian has helped me & he's always friendly & he does his job well.

They had what I needed but...Worst customer service of any Home Depot I’ve been in. Manager Ken doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. Very poor attitude by some employees. Especially service desk.

The store was too congested. Long lines for returns. The pickup and the returns should not be next to each other. May be the pick up by the lumber yard more room. Too many cleaning supplies. The isles are large enough though. The staff is nice but handle too many things at one time.

Tiffany at broadview IL home depot was and is always awesome. Make my experience easy and fast. She gets others involved to find what I need. The store is always clean.

Love this location. Athina is the best customer service representative and most honest person. She helped us out in picking a great washer and dryer set. Very happy with the service she provided and gave us several options.

Store has just about everything I was looking for. HOWEVER MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT SIZE AND TYPE OF PRODUCT YOU NEED. Qualified or even GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND! (For that go to ace)

The store itself is fine but the workers have so much attitude! Good luck trying to find someone to help you in the first place and then when you do they will just look at you like you have 3 heads. I once received the comment back, "that's not my job", when asking for something as basic as getting a propane tank refill.

Great for quick trips for project shopping.

I have been coming to this store for more than 20 years. The service has always been excellent and the employees are friendly. A few of them have worked at the store for as long as (or longer!) than I have been coming there.

It’s a good store !! But with all this covic going on this store has stoped sanitize the carts no wipes no towels to even wipe down my own cart America is still in the coronavirus If things continue then will be right back at closing the stores

Never buy anything that looks like an “open box” item that was re-taped closed. Employee assured us the box was sent that way, and not opened. Any Missing “included parts” will not be supplied, and must be purchased.

I am Moving and I Thank you Guys 4 having Moving ,boxes, Bends, Tape etc that doesn't cost a arm a leg a eye or a toe To Purchase!
