I bought a lawnmower today, because I had gift cards from Home Depot I didn’t have a choice to walk out or I would have. I had my toddler son with me so I decided to ask for help in loading the lawnmower on a cart and into my vehicle. After checking out and the cashier called for help, 3 times, the head cashier called for help, and I watched multiple employees slowly walk by, text and stop to talk to each other. I finally decided i’d get a flat cart and ask another customer for help. After walking past the service desk with my flat cart an employee spotted me and came out from behind the counter and asked if I was the lady that needed help loading a lawnmower. 30+ minutes later I finally got help. I should add that it was rainy day today and the store was really slow, if it had been busy I would have been a little more understanding.

I am beyond grateful for all of the help The Home Depot offered my family. I went in specifically to purchase children's craft or project kits for my twins 5th birthday party. The store sells these kits online but I was afraid I wouldn't get the kits in time for their building theme party so the store decided to gift us 15 of the kits they use for their Saturday children activity. The boys had an amazing party thanks to The Home Depot. I can not thank you all for doing this.

Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff. All items were in stock. Appreciate the availability of the associates. Found my new favorite home improvement store location.

Great customer service, cashier was able to give me a military discount.

Customer service was non-existing. Floors were cluttered and dirty. Had problem trying to get military discount showed my ID but never got it. Saw I didn't get it when I got home and called the store. I was told to come in and it would be taken care of. I saw a couple days later my checking account was double charged. I called the store and talked to a manager who told me that Home Depot didn't take the money, it was refunded. I told him two charges were deducted form my account and no refund showed up. I called the bank and had a dispute form submitted. I was told by the bank that I was charged twice by Home Depot and no refund had been submitted. I was told by the Home Depot customer service desk the refund would show up immediately on my account, it didn't

I have had great help at Home Depot of Brighton, in every department. I always get good advice in plumbing and electrical and other areas as well and am appreciative that you have hired willing and polite employees. Ted

Hard to find a good home depot these days. This store has been a really nice suprise. No stores perfect but the workers are helpful and dont run the other way when thwy see you so thats a plus.

Vince in lumber is the man! He knows his stuff and was very helpful when I was looking for certain wood to use to add on to a desk in our office. Working with Vince made my life a lot easier and my shopping experience very enjoyable!

Great store, great employee's! Brittny and Nancy in customer service, Charles in hardware, Cristina in flooring, Tammy a cashier and the lists goes on including the gentleman in paints with the beard! Keep up the good work and I'll see you soon (Am there daily with my remodel). Big smile!!

I would say this is one of the best stores I have shopped at and would be coming back because of the great customer service experiences that I have had at this specific location

I have always been happy with the service in this store. The associates are always helpful and friendly. I just think on Saturday mornings when everyone is out there should be more people to help checkout.

Shopping here since it opened. Great employees. Usually have the product in stock. Store has been quite sloppy lately, trash in aisles on floors, and product not organized very well on shelving. Still, good source for building products. As of 11/2017

I deal with 2 Home Depot stores on a regular basis. This one in Brighton and the Thornton store on Grant. I have no complaints from either but I enjoy the "Country Folks" a lot more. Both are friendly and both go out of their way to say "HI" and do you need any help, etc., but the Brighton people seem to remember me more and some remember my name. Some may not know my name but recognize and acknowledge me. I remember a few of them by their name also.

Customer service in general sucks at this store. Employees not versed in financing options. I was told to call myself if I did not like what financing options I got at check out!

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are intelligent and very helpful. A great store.

My husband and I shop here a lot especially during the time that we moved in to our new home and I must say everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We love this store!

Michele the assistant store manager, Renee the cashier, and Les the granite expert gave me the best customer service I have ever received. I will definitely be shopping here for all my home needs!
