I wish I can give ZERO star to this store especially Mills Work department. I placed an order for hung door in March after 2 months received a phone call that the door has been destroyed during transit so i have to replace the order. I did replace the order and they schedule me for July 8 for installation. I went to the store on 7th July to ask everything is in line. As usual the there is no one in Mills work dept. they paged someone to help me. After 20 minutes the guy came in and took all my info to see everything is ok. He told me that everything is ok and I will see the installer the next day with all the stuff. The next day around 8 am installer called me and told me that the door was broken again and of course they cannot come in to installed it. Just to mention here I especially took a day off just for this installation and ending up with no installation. How frustrating!! I called manager of Mills Work dept. of course she don't know what is going on. She put me on hold for 15 minutes and only later stating that yes the door has broken again. So naturally I asked for the refund she told me that I have to come all the way to store to get my refund. I live 20 miles away from this store and I did mention this to her but of course she did not care. So I drove 20 minutes to the store to get my refund. So four months later with no door, wasted so much time and effort, wasted my day off just to hear that we cannot installed your door. I called there customer service as well but that does not seem to work as well. All I want that someone would have to held accountable for this mess. I am waiting if any of the leadership give me a call and show that they care. We just bought a new house last year and spend thousands of dollars with this store. Only this door cost me over $2000/. I am going to tell every friend, family and neighbors not to go this store. They simply DON'T CARE!!!

Young man in the paint section on 7/3/21 helped me find primer and white paint to paint a desk and I was blown away by how nice and helpful he was. THANK YOU!

I was at Northglenn store and they said what I wanted was at Brighten store. I called to verify and asked the price. I was told the hot water heater i needed was on clearance for $159. So I drove to Brighton at 7:01pm Sunday, Father's. When I got there told I had just called them and they were expecting me. They showed me the water heater and the price was $640. When I asked about the price I was quoted and was in the weekly ad I was told "no thats not the price" after I showed him the ad and tried to get the price in the ad he took $50off making my purchase $599. Isn't there supposed to be TRUTH IN ADVERTISING?

Necessary to return couple of items..."Brittany" was very pleasant and friendly Store was clean. Greeter @ entrance "Ruth" very, very nice!!

Employees make a store and I say give them a bonus they deserve it

I bought a ceiling fan and everything but the fan worked. When I reached out to the store... I was told that I had two options. 1, Uninstall and bring back or 2. I pay out of pocket to have someone fix. Really? So, you sold something that doesn't work and I either take time out of my day to Uninstall and drive back to the store (may or may not work) or I pay to have it fixed? This is HORRIBLE customer service. Thanks Home Depot!! Glad there are other options for my home needs.

The store was clean and things were easy to find and they were organised and the people who work there were friendly nice and kind And the floor was clean

I've shopped here several times for over a year. Everyone seems to be friendly and helpful. February 26th not very friendly, didn't know how to work her device. 2 left gloves tapped together again. This isn't the first time. It takes extra money and time is also money when I have to come back to exchange items. I should've been granted the price where the item was stocked. It's not my fault it was in the wrong spot or someone tagged it wrong Colorado has always had a law that it's they stock it wrong it's on the store.

Peggy at the customer service/returns counter is rude and almost hostile.

Associate was ready and willing to assist me locate the products I was looking for. Compared to other stores in the local area one of the products was about a dollar cheaper. Checkout was fast and easy.

I learned do not purchase anything with gift card or store credit. If you get the wrong thing, they will not let you return the amount of gift card or store credit.

Hello I went into this Home Depot Store twice in the least week to get items for the house that I am moving into. I got help from Michael Sanderson in the electrical and washer/dryer accessories area both times and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful both times I went in. He deserves props for sure!

Nice people, clean store, need to get the carts up to the entrances to be used.

I think dealing with the public is hard enough, and you can't fix Stupid. We loaded a cart with plywood and other items, parked our cart. Went to go look a some finish boards 2 ales over came back to find our cart unloaded leaning against the other plywood selections. Is there a shortage of carts, that people are taking other peoples cart. Lol Thanks Kim

Not happy with customer service

Clean, well-stocked store with friendly and helpful employees who really seem to care about my shopping experience.

The good - curbside pickup service is excellent. At times that I had to enter the store, almost all reps were masked and keeping proper distance. The bad - I came at 6:15AM today for heath reasons. Family member who is very vulnerable to infections. I came into the store to pick up an item not available for curbside. The Home Depot customer rep handling problems with curbside orders was defiantly and proudly NOT wearing a mask. She was also working with other masked customers standing less than 1 foot from them. When another (masked) rep directed me to her to help with my problem, I left the store immediately. Please help fix this. I've used Home Depot for years and do not want to change stores.

The cashiers were very friendly and helpful in checking out and getting me the help i needed very quickly

The service desk was very helpful with helping me find what I needed to place an order online. The young employees were very respectful.

It's sad with this virus people with SUV's can't get help loading material/products. Be generous and keep and eye out for those struggling to load material. Give out a hand ,you may need it next time.

This store is incredibly under stocked. The irrigation section has almost nothing needed to build a system. And the HVAC section was absolute bare bones. If you need anything, don't go to this store. Thornton is a much better choice.

The store was clean and well organized. Elizabeth the cashier was very friendly and welcoming, answered all of my questions, and personally made sure to walk me to the aisle and found exactly what I needed and then checked me out quickly.

I was good everyone was trying to help

I've recently bought a door from this store (JELD-WEN 30 in. x 80 in. Colonist Primed Textured Modeled Composite MDF Interior). Unfortunately, while installing the door the edge of the door surfaces started to come off the door frame. And because the door had already been painted and was ready to install, the Home Depot (Brighton, Colorado) refused to take it back in and did not give me any refund. So the promise "Be 100% happy with your purchase or we'll take it back" on their website is not true at all.

We went into this store to look for a certain appliances. The competition said they didn’t have it and had no interest in helping with other items. So, you all got our business.

The associates were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in helping us with our bathroom tile project.

Thank you to the lady who cut my blinds for me. She did a perfect job. They fit the way I wanted them.

Being in a wheelchair, I much appreciate the helpful, friendly, assistance provided. I'd take any associate I've dealt with home in a heartbeat! Would they do windows and scrub floors <grin>. I'm a wood anatomy researcher and always need odds and ends for my lab. I haven't been disappointed yet. Plus I'm a veteran and have always been 'thanked' for my service, which was MY honor to provide. This store is only 2 1/2 miles from my lab which is a HUGE convenience. However, I'd drive much further were it not for the quality experiences I've had at 'my' Home Depot. Ed H.
