Want good customer service? Want to be able to find what you're looking for? Want an employee to talk to you or ask to help you? If you're looking for any of these things go to another location or head down the street because you won't find it here. The employees are too busy playing on their phones to help you. I only give this store one star because I can't give them zero stars.

Great store. I shop there a lot because the employees are so friendly and helpful!

I purchased an Echo string trimmer that is still available today but I could not properly follow maintenance recommendations since Home Depot does not bother to stock maintenance parts. Spark plug available does not match original equipment item and no indication if it is a replacement. No air filter available unless you purchase a maintenance kit that includes a fuel filter that cannot be used (wrong size.) The store employee that was called to help could not provide any assurances other than "If it doesn't work, you can bring it back."

Store manager Mandy was really helpful in returning some products that I ended up not needing and it was a no hassle issue. I’ve shopped here a few times and it’s always been good they where even open during the blizzard on 3/13 to provide to the neighborhood

This store is staffed with friendly, kind and knowledgeable associates. As we were leaving, a Vetedan came in. Missing arm, leg. Had a service dog. Associates assisted him at the appropriate level. I checked and was happy to see unoccupied electric carts fully charged. Having had multiple leg issues, it’s nice to see carts indoors and charged and ready.

Being from the South, my family who lives in various areas in Alabama. Mississippi, and Florida have shopped at Home Depot and Lowes. Sad to admit none of them shop at Home Depot in those areas. Colorado is an entirely different matter and the Brighton Home Depot leaves every other store in the dust. I have walked the Brighton Lowes location and walked every aisle in the store and not even a good morning. Had a similar experience at the Depot on Salida St. I am absolutely impressed with the Brighton store. Thank you for your great service.

Incredible staff - esp in the flooring Dept. Yareny Oliva is amazing to work with. Friendly and helpful from start to finish.

Store and employees have always been great to deal with.

This store is great! I have been to many Home Depots, and this one seems to always have what I need in stock, never have to go to another store branch to get what I am looking for. Employees are always so selfess and informational about specific products. If an employee doesn't feel qualified to help out, they're always willing and prompt in finding someone to better assist us. Great store.

Terrible cashier experience with cashier Cynthia. She was rude and had an attitude. After we got out service she apologized to the rude costumer behind us even though we were the ones that got the poor service. we were at the returns register and got some stuff while we were getting out exchange item and she acted like it was the end of the world because she had to scan a few more items. terrible experience, a good employee would know to treat every costumer nicely and ask the waiting costumer to wait patiently we were also exchanging and buying.

The appliance associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our purchase options and experience at Brighton Home Depot easy and affordable explaining all promotions before our final decision.

If you need paint, go see Allana! She is amazing and friendly and very knowledgeable of her product and what is best for her customers!

Usually never have trouble finding what i need, and if i do theres always someone from staff willing to help.

Generally this is a good store. It may be understaffed and at times it can be pretty busy. The real issue is with the taxes that you have to pay at the area it is in. A lot of other locations are cheaper. It can be a challenge to get assistance in this store if you need help with something.

Employees at this store are always helpful. I rarely have to spend much time in the checkout line. Returns are processed easily.

The store was clean, very easy to find things. Some people were nice and some wern't, I needed to order some supplies for my business and I went to Pro Services and noticed that no one was there, I asked one of the cashier if they could page someone from the Pro desk to come and help me out and she did. 10 minutes later goes by and still no one from came and helped me from Pro while i was waiting for someone to come and help me out the same cashier that helped me out before had a line of people and she was the only one working and when she asked for back up no one came to help. Long story short I was told that I needed to go to customer service because no one was there at the pro.

Great store, helpful staff! Never seams to be to busy, they always have enough check-out staff.

I went in the Brighton store on September 25 for a range fan. The number from your online ad did not match the stock numbers for the fans that I needed. As usual it was very hard to find an employee that was willing to help. It is very frustrating to have type of service every time I come in. This will probably be the last time I shop at this store.

The store was organized with all outdoor items fully stocked. The staff greeted me as I walked in which made me feel comfortable as I started to shop.

The Brighton store is clean and organized very well. The employees are friendly, helpful, and easy to find! Very impressive selection of rental equipment and they also have a small engine repair shop to work on your personal equipment.

Could be the best Home Depot in the Denver Metro area. Always has the products I use, great prices, but the true "gem" for this store are the folks that work there! Always friendly, and they know where "stuff" is! That's a real benefit to someone as busy as I am. Great job folks!

Tammy went above and beyond with customer service. On her way to break, noticed that the lines were long and opened up to check customers out.

The Brighton Home Depot is a wonderful store which appeals to many shoppers as can be seen by their very busy parking lot ! Inside all sales personnel work together to help the shopper with their needs. Staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly. Pricing of merchandise was another factor in choosing our appliances from you !!!
