They normally have all that I'm looking for. It's a "go to" place for us.

There were so many employees who greeted us as we walked around the store. They asked us if we needed any help and if we were finding everything O.K. They walked us to the area where we needed to go, and helped us find the appropriate items. I was so pleasantly surprised to see so many employees on hand, available and eager to help us. It was a delightful shopping experience.

The employees are always helpful and friendly. The cashier Diana is always fast and friendly.

This store is very clean and is well stocked with the things I couldn't find in my local home depot. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was worth the hour drive to get there and I will be going back soon.

The employees at Home Depot Branson have been so helpful and kind as we are renovating our new home and making many trips to the store for needed supplies. They are knowledgeable and many of them were professionals in various fields of home improvement for many years before working at Home Depot.

The customer service Bruce, was so kind, patient and very informative. He gave me all the inside info for the appliances I wanted to buy, and had a hard time to decided. He was so knowledgeable and very open to share all the options that I could have when decided to buy the washer/dryer and the refrigerator. He gave me the right size for all the heights/wide for bough appliances, so I can make sure that they'll fit the area that it needed to be installed. He gave me his impute about his experience of certain appliances he used in the past and it did help me to make the right decision for the best item for this rental property that I've purchased these 2 appliances from Home Depot. The kindness and ability to help a total strange customer, like me, that doesn't have so much experience in appliances in general, was very touchy and wonderful! I'll definitely come again to home depot for any item that I'll need to buy, thanks to this great person: Bruce, that was the BEST one I've came across in a big store chain like Home Depot. I wish more people like him will be around to assist customers like me that had so many questions

Whenever we need help, the employees are ready to assist. They are also willing to go out of their way to help. It gives us confidence that the next time we need assistance, we can count on it without hesitation.

This Home Depot not only sets the bar high on customer service but their organization and complete inventory is second to none. Shout out to Mike and Aubriana for making our last visit even better than before. Every associate we encountered soke in passing and always asked if they could help us in any way. Exemplary staff all the way around.

This is a very nice store and has some very helpful employees. I have been there a lot lately as I have just bought a home in Branson and I'm doing some renovations to it, therefore I have needed various things from a hardware store. I choose The Home Depot over the other hardware stores in my area because of the customer service I have received there. I've not been disappointed in them at all and will continue to shop there for my hardware needs.

Products are organized and together on same roll to be able to compare. Store is very clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

Being a Milwaukee Tool guy, I try to jump on the best deals that fit my tool needs. I saw a speed square set Milwaukee was offering at a really nice discount. As I was driving home, I asked my wife to call the store in Branson to make sure they had stock of this item. She spoke with a woman who told her there were "plenty of those" and when my wife asked if she would set one aside for us because we were on our way she replied that she would. She didn't take any of our information which I thought was odd. When I arrived at the store (which is about half an hour out of my way) I spoke with a gentleman named Johnnie. I would highly recommend everyone going straight to him. He's very friendly and most importantly took ownership of the issue that I experienced. The issue was that Laura (who my wife spoke with on the phone as I was driving) not only didn't bother to ACTUALLY look up the item (if she had, she'd have seen the store only showed ONE in stock), she didn't bother to even set aside the item I had called IN ADVANCE to make sure was in stock before I spent an extra hour of my time driving to the store. I was extremely disappointed in Laura for not following theough with what she told us. Johnnie did his best to find a comparable deal for me and he was apologetic and very helpful, but ultimately I left without what I had originally wanted and I hate that feeling. I typically spend plenty of time researching most all of my purchases and when I make up my mind about buying anything, I don't do so lightly. It was disheartening when Laura failed to live up to her commitment to me as the customer. It ended up feeling like I was probably just the last customer she "had" to help before she clocked out for the day and decided I would just get the short end of the stick.

This store has more selections on several types of material than competition.

Items not in stock. Website pointed me to aisle and bay that was clearly inaccurate. When I went to return one of the two items I had bought, the lady at customer service greeted me and the person before me with "whatcha needing." I've never seen anything like that before. Rude!

This store is possibly the cleanest Home Depot I have ever entered. The associates were all very kind, polite, willing to help, and efficient! Every employee also was wearing appropriate face mask protection, and respected social distancing. We were quickly helped in the lumber area, and were assisted in cutting a piece of fence. Very grateful for such an approachable and nice staff.

I have shopped other Home Depot stores in Iowa, Nebraska and Texas and the Branson store is top notch. I have witnessed their customer service desk and employees going above and beyond in helping customers. You don't find that at all Home Depots. Keep up the good work!!

I purchased carpet at a certain price point specifically for the expedience of the 10 day installation and the 3 day project did not start until 12 days later. I told Sharon in flooring that the purposes were to replace smelly carpeting from previous tenants who had pets so I could quickly get the house on the market and begin building a new house. At the end of the 1st day, I was informed by the contractors that they'd be refusing to haul away the old carpet due to pet urine. They claimed it was still wet but the the pet-owners moved out several months prior, although they did carry it out and around the house through the rain before offloading it into the garage. The upstairs, which consisted of roughly half of the project, never had pets at all. I contacted the store manager (Jason) who told me he'd have a delivery driver come to pick it up the following day. On the 2nd day, nobody showed up to pick it up so I called the store again and was informed that the driver's schedule had already been filled for the day so he would come the following day. I also went downstairs to inspect the work and found very visible discoloration along the seems (about 6" wide) in 3 different locations. I had noticed the first day 1 of the contractors were using a silvery metallic seam iron on TOP of the carpet. I've tried to mesh it so but the fibers are burned and will not match. I noticed that they had a Koolglide seam iron which IS to be used on top but that is not the same device I witnessed them using on day 1. On the third day, I got a call from the delivery driver asking to confirm my address and saying he was about 25 minutes away. He then asked what he was picking up and I told him it was the old carpet and he told me that was the contractor's job. I agreed but told him that the manager had sent him since they refused and he said that the manager should have never volunteered him to do that since he only handles 'merchandise' and not garbage. He said he would call his manager. He then called back and said the manager will be contacting the contractors (Romanoff Renovations) to make sure they complete the job. Shortly after, I got a call from a female manager saying that she had bad news and that I would have to haul it away myself. She told me it was in the fine print of my contract but nobody at any point ever brought this to my attention, even when I disclosed that the entire point of the project was due to the smell from pets. It was also not disclosed at all in my estimate summary. I told her that on top of that I was unhappy with the current state of the project and that they had burned the carpet at the seams. She said she would contact Romanoff Renovations but after about an hour I decided to return to the house and ask the contractors to leave. When asked why, I told them it was in part due to their refusal to haul any of the existing carpet or pad away which was promised in my order, and also due to the burns. We decided to inspect the seams in question together and he told me that they'd just disappear over time. I told him that it was straight up burned and I'd never seen a job completed like that and he flat out told me I was 'wrong'. I told him that I understand he has the Koolglide but his coworker was using a metallic seam iron on TOP of the carpet which is only intended for heating the tape underneath, and he claimed that the Koolglide was the only one he ever uses. I know what I saw and it was not the same iron and the results speak for themselves (I have pictures and video if needed). If it wasn't a regular seam iron he was using it was some sort of flat metallic press to bring the seams together, which is still malpractice since it burns the carpet anyway. At this point, we were at an impasse so the gentleman agreed to pack up and leave. The project is not complete, I'm unhappy with the seams (albeit elsewhere their work seems to be fine), and I still have a garage full of about 1650 square feet of old carpet and padding that needs to be hauled away. I've tried contacting customer service and I just feel like I've been kicked around.

The man who helped me picked out a 1x12 x 6 loaded it in a cart and took it to my car. While being friendly and polite all the while. And he was busy when w walked in to the builders section.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of placing my order for my pellets for my pellet stove, and how quickly they could deliver them! Jason was very knowledgeable and processed my order.

Very good store to shop at.

We, my wife & I always enjoy going to this store. Also, we find the sales personal to be ready to assist. It is always neat & clean and nicely displayed.
