Everyone was helpful and friendly

So many lawn mowers to choose from. We really enjoyed shopping today!

Went to HomeDepot and as usual no employees to be found. Everyone we did see turned the corner or around before we could ask them a question. No biggie, use to it anyways. So to the back where the hot water heaters were and of course there was two employees with a full cart discussing store organization tactics but never looked or moved cart out of the way of exactly where we wanted be. We had to move it for them and do the research where the correct item was and get it down and loaded up. Then went to front which is self checkout and tried asking about our tax I d number for exempt but was told to take it up at desk on other end? Ok thanks for nothing. Anyways we got the Remme 40 gallon with the 9 year warranty for 519.00 + the hideous tax of 52 bucks, which in process of refund or gift card. But Hope it all does well

Couldn't find some landscaping products I needed and walked me directly to what I asked for. Great smile and very friendly.

I know its very difficult to provide quality customer service when you're short staffed. I also believe in working smarter and not harder. Paying close attention to your customers and observing when and whether or not they may need assistance is essential in the current shopping environment we are in. There is plenty of customer aggravation and frustration having to self checkout after shopping. For some. Its a nice option, for other's, its an insult and inconvenience. Technology doesn't favor everyone and it's evolution is rapidly progressing beyond the capabilities of certain folks. I believe that providing a real person to check out one's items is included in the cost of the product. There's also a thing known as good ol' interpersonal service. If the entire nation shifts to online purchases 100%, unemployment will skyrocket as companies learn to accomplish more with less. Pay attention to your customers (observe), help/engage them as needed and be thankful for their patronage.

I usually hate shopping in these big home improvement stores. This location has the most friendly and helpful people anywhere.

Stopped early morning (good time to shop) got a water filter. Had help, did not have to wait and I like the self serve checkout with helper there

I was trying to send a post to Home Depot. Couldn’t figure it out so I hope someone sees this and it gets to the right person. First off. This is not a negative post. Shocker huh? I was in Home Depot today. Absolutely the best customer service ever. Starting with Cathy in the shower area. She was as helpful as possible and when it got to the point she needed more expertise help she called on coworker Bruce. What a great team. Bruce took over. He wrote down everything we wanted in a shower. Found the right one online to fit our needs. He then pointed out everything we needed to set it up. Shower doors and accessories. So very kind. Knowledgeable. Patience of job. Turned in the online order and said he would call later to finish the Oder of instore items. He followed thru. What an outstanding employee. The door greeter to start our shopping was amazing and helpful to begin with and on our way out she followed us out so my husband could get to the car with the electric cart, hence he’d forgotten his cane. She was pleasant and I’m sorry to say I think her name was Barbara. Such a wonderful experience from start to end. Kudos to such a great group of employees. Merry Christmas Home Depot and all the wonderful staff.

I had always shopped at another store, but in the last 2 years I haven't been able to get help most of the time. In the meantime, I've been also coming to this store and am always asked if I need help from an employee, usually more than one.

I have been buying everything from here for over a year now.Working on the house that we bought last year.They have had everything I have needed.

I was looking at a freezer and was helped very well with info on all of them.

We purchased blinds for a sunroom a while back which were perfect and the installer was incredible! (25 minutes start to finish including unpacking!) We were in desperate need of a fridge/freezer to fit our previous model and HD was the only box store with the right size in their warehouse. No searching for help either time and incredibly friendly staff.

The products are excellent quality and the pricing is good.

All the workers were so nice and helpful. I had two big boxes that I would have never made it home with had they not have helped me secure them. Thankful I went by this store ❤️

The Branson store is well organized and the associates are very knowledgeable and know the locations of the products on the asiles.

Branson Home Depot has been an outstanding experience every time I have had to make a purchase, from flooring, carpeting (both installed by your contract teams) as well as the times I "went it alone" for single purchases, allowing me time to "snoop" and find items for future projects. Thank you for all you do.

This store has employees who go above and beyond to help the customer find what they need. I does not take long to reach a live person via phone. I had the best experience with getting and item over the phone that was out of stock at my home store. Will definitely visit here again.

Excellent store with very friendly and helpful employees! I highly recommend Home Depot here in Branson if you need anything for the home or property! Great people here and always willing to help you find what you need.

this store is always clean, plenty of product and what really strikes me is that when I go through a department, even if I am not buying, the employees greet me and if I am wearing a military ball cap, they always thank me for my service. A great store and in particular, Diana (cashier) is especially helpful.

All the staff were super helpful to me and especially Ron who knew exactly where the item I was looking for was at down to the bay from memory. Also helping me were Jim and Chris who found the item I was looking for when I had overlooked it on the shelf. Thanks guys for being so sweet and helpful to me!!!
