Great store...great employees...!

Store was very clean and associates where very helpful the checkout teller was very respectful and greeted and thanked me for my shopping with them .She had the attitude that should be shared with all her fellow employees . Thanks again .

Rudest customer service ever. Had an employee glare at us and follow us around shoping for a lawn mower. Watche us try to find a cart, struggle to get it off shelf glaring at us and giving us dirty looks the entire time. Refused to speak to us when we asked about the lownmowrt then followed us while we did our shopping in lawn and garden till we checked out and stares at us with a dirty look the entire time we check out. Worst service every. Disgusted I even spent my money there.

The Home Depot #3038 Branson was very clean and neat. The Appliance Specialist was very helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect Washer/Dryer combo that I needed. He also took the time to help me understand the things to expect and be prepared for concerning the delivery and set-up of the unit.

I was very impressed with 3 female employees at The Home Depot. All 3 were helpful. I was not trying to seek out females, it just happened that way. All were efficient, friendly and cheerful.

As a contractor I’m usually in almost every department within a year. I sometimes have to look for other products on line, but I prefer my local Home Depot as my first choice because the people are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, and make my day! In a Covid world when stores are trying to hire enough people to just come to work, I feel that the Home Depot has kept up the knowledge and the overall training of their employees, during these difficult times. They go out of their way to help you find what your looking for!!! Thank you Home Depot!

Johnnie and Ted in paint are always really helpful and experienced with paint. They are my go-to guys when I have a painting project. I am not a fan of Behr products, and they help me find alternatives, even though Home Depot is brand loyal to Behr, and they do have other (read: BETTER) paint. They have both saved me time by knowing what they're talking about.

I am generally "5 star" satisfied with Home Depot. However, a few months ago we went to Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator. Our refrigerator had quit working, and we had taken our food out and were using our chest freezer and ice chests to keep our food usable. We saw one on the floor that was exactly what we were looking for. The salesperson told us that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get one like that. He suggested we could buy a smaller one to use until the other one became available. I asked if we could purchase the one on the floor. After consulting with his supervisor, he came back and said that they couldn't sell that one because "it would leave a 'hole' in the display." So, we went to another home improvement store and they delivered one the next day. I still use Home Depot regularly, but doubt I will shop there for any appliances in the future.

I Love Shopping at this location. The food is very good. Prompt and they are always nice.

In this store are many helpful, knowledgeable, down-to-earth employees who will stop what they are doing to listen to you, help you troubleshoot an issue or figure out what you need for a repair. Many of the employees are (or have been) professionals in trades, so they offer experienced opinions and solutions to many maintenance / building / repair challenges. Employees are plentiful at this store, not hard-to-locate, like other chains. I have consistently friendly service, and can't recall a time being disappointed, ESPECIALLY when compared with their competitors. Branson Home Depot is full of All Star team members who go out of their way to help you. Thank you!

Kurt was the person who helped me. He listened carefully to the issue I was having and asked clarifying questions. He then talked through several possibilities WITH me, not AT me. He took me to the items I might need and again asked clarifying questions before helping me choose a few items. As a women, who had successfully completed many home improvement projects, I very much appreciated how I was listened to and given respect by Kurt.

Our cashier Brent was very engaging and friendly. It was a nice ending to our shopping trip.

Duncan was especially courteous and helpful and made our visit a nice experience. He deserves a gold star!

Everyone at this store has been very good to help us when we made purchases.

Nathan went out of his way to help me by explaining all about the door locks and keys worked with regard to installation and keying. I was only looking for a couple of minutes when he asked if he could assist me and he was very friendly and helpful! He even grabbed a cart and loaded my purchases so I didn't have to carry them!

Overall we have had very pleasant experiences with the willingness of the employees to assist us. Also, we have found them fairly knowledgeable and willing to research our needs. The employees keep us coming back to this store!

The people who work here are always kind and helpful to me. Ted in paint always takes time to help me and when I put his advice to the test, my projects turn out great every time.

They are other Lumber and hardware stores within 5 miles and this home depot is by far the best .

Home Depot has always been our favorite hardware and garden store to shop. They carry the best products and low prices. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

The store was clean and items are easy to find. The plumber associate went out of his way to advise me on a technical matter and directed me to the right product that I needed to complete my job.

I have been working on a renovation project for several months. I do all my shopping at my local Home Depot. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions patiently and eagerly. When I am looking for a specific product, they do not point the direction, but walk me directly to the product. I cannot wear a mask for health reasons, and the people there do not harass me or make to feel unwanted. I shopped for paint recently and the people in the paint department suggested the perfect product for my needs. I am also replacing door hardware and electrical switches and plates, and Home Depot has the best prices and the friendliest people in town. I will be building a new home in a year or too. Home Depot will get all my business.

We enjoy shopping at this Home Depot due to the friendly and helpful staff. They have always been willing to assist us when needed. We usually find the items we need and appreciate the ease of shopping in the store.

Its been a great store to go to and do business with .They all have been very helpful with all the projects I have going on at our home we just bought three months ago.

I drove nearly 40 miles to this store to purchase a power tool that my local Home Depot did not have. Initially, it looked like the website information was incorrect and they did not have it. But, thanks to four reps, (Jack, May, Doug, and Mike,) and their exemplary customer service, I was able to obtain it! They took an hour of their time to track it down, finally discovering that it was still on a pallet for a store reset. Customer service like this is rare anymore, it seems. I will definitely be shopping this Home Depot again, even though it is not the closest to me. I’d rate them with 10 stars if I could, and give them all a raise!!!

Of the six HomeDepots around me the Branson store is the best... the Rogers AR store is a close second...
