The employees were extremely friendly and made shopping at the Home Depot in Blue Ridge fun. The customer service in this store is outstanding. In addition, items are easily to locate.

Nine times out of ten we get terrible "service" at this store. Rude, lazy, and complaining employees there...not all, but most of them...

This store actually practices GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just like when they first opened stores in Florida where our son lives. There is no one there anymore to assist unless they have ten others ahead of you begging for help (after locating someone that is) This blue ridge ga store has employees that actually practice what HD used to be. Someone always willing to help. They have most everything we need for our remodeling project. Cashiers are friendly too and CS really is customer service. They went above the call on our riding mower purchase that was missing the manual, by printing one from online before we left store My hubby loves the APP for in store shopping. He has a list and knows which aisle things are on, and he goes almost everyday too!

Love this store! Clean, great selections, friendly and helpful employees that go out of their way to help customers. Ray Nieves was superior in the way he took time to help me, wish he could train everyone!!! I drive from Blairsville to Blue Ridge because the products and service surpass any other Home Depot store I have ever been in.

For a small town, this Home Depot is clean, well arranged and has most things one needs. Some areas have more selection than others. I find the specific departments/personnel to be very helpful and knowledge (i.e. paint, doors, appliances, etc.). However, it is sometimes quite difficult to find personnel to ask questions or guidance. Customer service employees do all right, but notice they could be a tad quicker and nicer at times. It is just a great opportunity to have this Home Depot so close. It is supremely helpful for those who do work and projects and service/delivery are excellent.

Associates are always friendly and helpful. Restores my faith in good customer service. Thanks for acting like customers are important.

Quick and easy shoping.

They have most of the things you’re looking for. However getting someone to help you may be a little or rather a lot difficult. And when they do help they seem a little annoyed and have an attitude. Sorry but I’ve had a few bad experiences there.

I WENT TO THIS HOME DEPOT SPECIFICALLY FOR USED RAILROAD TIES FOR LANDSCAPING. I WENT TO THE STORE AND PURCHASED SOME LANDSCAPING ITEMS AND THE USED RAILROAD TIES AT THE GARDEN CENTER. THE CHECKOUT PERSON AT THE GARDEN CENTER TOLD ME THEY HAVE A LOADING EMPLOYEE IN FRONT TO HELP. I PARKED IN FRONT & FOUND THE HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE THAT LOADS, HE REFUSED TO HELP, HE TOLD ME TO GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE, I WENT TO THE CUST SVC DESK AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP. DID A RETURN AND BOUGHT ELSEWHERE. I THEN CALLED THE STORE AFTER I LEFT, IT TOOK THEM 15 MINUTES TO GET ME A MANAGER AFTER I CALLED TWICE AND I DIDN'T ACTUALLY GET A MANAGER, AN EMPLOYEE WAS RELAYING BETWEEN THE MANAGER AND ME SINCE THEY WERE TOO AFRAID TO TALK TO ME, A CUSTOMER. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL, FILTHY AND ONE BIG OSHA VIOLATION. I THOUGHT THEY NEEDED A SAFETY HARNESS WHEN TAKING A LIFT TO THE UPPER STORAGE, PRETTY SURE THATS AN OSHA VIOLATION, PLUS OTHER ITEMS CLEARLY SEEM. FOR YOUR SAFETY AVOID THIS STORE, ITS UNSAFE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

The people there work hard at trying to please a demanding public, but alas, they are short handed in all dept.

Very well stocked store with everything you need for any project your about to undertake. Extremely helpful and friendly associates. A clean and roomy store.

Like with most retail stores it’s the employees that make it a pleasure and ease to shop. This store is very well staffed and labeling makes it easy to find what you need. I go there for everything.

The unattended vehicles in the building supplies pickup area need to park in the parking lot then move up to load so others can load.

We are winding down on a big remodel. We live in Columbus, GA now but will soon be residents of Morganton, GA. We were greeted at the door, asked if I needed help and that employee showed us where to go. We also bought from the store in Blairsville, GA store where we bought some ceiling fans that was not in stock in Blue Ridge. We found these employees equally friendly and helpful. Looking forward to doing more business in Blue Ridge. Thank you

Just wanted to say thanks to Terry in the garden center for being so helpful. He as been working in the garden center for several years and it is always a pleasure to see him. He is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to assist whenever needed.
