Walked in, was met by a friendly employee who took us straight to what we needed, put it in the buggy for us walked us to the check out line, waited til we paid, then loaded it for us. So thank you Chad (and the other employees) for a painless and easy trip.

Clean store with almost everything you can imagine for your home. If the store doesnt have what I need I go to the Home Depot website and order it there :D

Purchased pine straw, no one came to load for 20 minutes, had to leave, was on my lunch break. Cashier advised me to return after work, H.D. was closed, was advised to return the following day. The next day I called prior to return, to explain the situation, employee placed pine straw in chute, I loaded and left. Since several employees knew the situation why didn't any of them bring this to the attention of the department manager who might have offered some sort of compensation for my efforts to retrieve my purchase?

The store was filled with smiling friendly knowledgeable hard working employees, who were asking me if they could help me!!!

Rating would have been higher if both checkout machines in Garden dept. worked. One has been down over a week and about 5-6 people in line today, when the only one working checkout machine broke down. Other check outs and exits on the other end of the store and hard to drag a flat bed, full of heavy rocks, clear across the store. Cashier finally got it going, no one was making a move to go clear across the store, and one said, I will leave it here if they can't check me out. Please get the other register fixed. Thanks.

The experienced I have had at Home Depot when it comes to item availability and customer service has been top quality. I will go out of my way to purchase equipment at Home Depot rather than their competitor.

The people here are phenomenal. Gidget was fantastic at the service desk and it was a pleasure to meet Ray, store manager!!!

IT DOES'NT GET BETTER THEN THIS!!!

Emily is normally at the Returns/Checkout desk and she is outstanding. This is where all the problems come into the store and she solves them 1 at a time. A great multi tasker and great in customer service. She could easily be a store manager with her skills.

Employees/clerks are always helpful and courteous.
