Great Store with an Excellent, kind and hospitable staff.

Understaffed but I get what I need and the stores location is very convenient for me.

No veteran discounts, prices the same as elsewhere. No customer help throughout the store. I purchased a $500 grill yesterday elswhere and received a discount for my veteran service, I am purchasing an expensive riding mower next weekend, won't be from Home Depot.

We took our broken hot water heater still under warranty back to Home Depot for an exchange. We worked with Home Depot employees Daisy the assistant manager and Mike W. Because our Rheem water heater was purchased in 2016 it took a little time to figure out the exchanged. Mike & Daisy were helpful, nice and work very hard to make sure our exchanged went smooth. Mike W. even helped us unload the old water heater. Because of Home Depot employees like Daisy and Mike who go out of their way to make our experience great we will always recommend and shop Home Depot. Thanks Daisy, Mike W. & Home Depot.

We found the items we went in Home Depot to purchase. Check out was fast and efficient for the item that had to be ordered for us. The employee placing our order was very pleasant.

Quality of service at this store depends on who you interact with. Some associates are quite friendly, while others are rude and self absorbed. Today a salesperson came up and interrupted our checkout transaction and we eventually had to go in to a different line while she carried on her conversation with the checkout clerk. So so rude

We really enjoy the garden department at Home Depot and shop there through all the seasons. Well stocked and in good condition.

This Home Depot store has always been clean and organized. Generally each and every employee has been friendly and helpful in assisting me in locating certain items. The employees, as in this matter, directed and escorted me to the area where I needed to find the items I was shopping for at the time. My check out, always in the contractor's area, was quick, friendly and helpful in choosing a concrete product for the project before me.

Hit or miss on getting someone nice or knowledgeable to help you. Almost a fantasy creature if you get both. I hate that this is one of the only options in the area. I would rather drive the 27 miles to Murphy to pay a hair more and get better service at a competitor that I am apparently not allowed to mention. I did have a great experience in Millworks once. A long time ago. Wish HD Blue Ridge would get it together.

Needed blinds for our home. Had Josephine help us. She was awesome. Went above and beyond to make us happy. She spent hours with tech and calling the blind company to get all our questions answered. Josephine was always very nice. Never once got frustrated with us. If you need an interior designer from Home Depot ask for Josephine at Blue Rigde, Ga.

LOVE THIS HOME DEPOT! The staff are fantastic!! Very helpful, knowledgeable & always cheerful... I catch myself still smiling as I drive out of their parking lot, LITERALLY! I’ve used this Blue Ridge 30513 location often & in 3 different ways: In-Store Purchases Phone Orders for my Contractor to Pick Up Internet Purchases for Delivery to Store HAPPY TO BE A CUSTOMER!

The employees were excellent! Extremely helpful. They went above and beyond. Unlike another local Home Depot, we were able to use our Military ID and received a 10% discount. Another store told us, they didn't honor that type of Military ID. It's a Veteran ID! Isn't a VETERAN a VETERAN? This store is top notch!

This store is, by far, superior to the Blairsville store. Employees are much more knowledgeable about products and are much better ambassadors of customer service

I enjoyed shopping at the Home Depot in Blue Ridge Georgia. Steve helped me buy a lawn mower that I absolutely love and Laura at customer service was just a great help!!

The company refuses to follow its COVID policies. Enter at your own risk. You will be stopped from entering an isle where a forklift is operating as a safety precaution but the store will allow potential COVID carriers to enter and wander around throughout the store without the ‘required’ masks. The company has ignored prior complaints about the cavalier attitude of a manager who openly flaunts company policy.

We have made several large purchases through home depot in the last month. Washer and dryer on line but then two in store purchases one was a kitchen stove. Mark was our sales associate. He was kind, friendly and made our experience enjoyable. Our second purchase was carpeting. Josephine was our sales associate. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She was slowed up by an IT problem online trying to establish an appointment to measure our home for carpet. She was diligent in working to make our appointment. She apologized when we knew these glitches were out of her control. System failure after two pm should be addressed. Please value these hard working employees. They are an asset to your store.

Overall, the store and employees are wonderful. They always give our dog treats and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Lisa and Yulonda at the pro desk are AWESOME!!!! They are why I keep spending money there!!! The store is Managed very well
