The associates at the Bennington store are engaged with customers and helpful finding items. The building in general needs a remodel or a update in making departments more linked together. Overall this store is better at serving the area than most. One problem area is appliance delivery times, this applies to the company overall, not just this store. If you want it fast or same day, you won’t get it.

Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful I wish I had the name of the gentlemen who helped us becasue they had great customer service. When I cashed out Terri had a smile and we joked about a few things, she was very personable and freindly.

REN is amazing! She will take all the time you need to explain the ins and outs of a project. She gave me expert guidance and carefully outlined my options and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each, with regards to ease of installation and cost. She is a wonderful mentor...truly the “power” of Home Depot. Kind, patient and friendly, she made me feel like the most important customer to ever walk into a store.

The employees of this store seem to be very polite and nice. Makes for a much nicer shopping experience, since i am not typically a fan of the big box stores.

Store seems to be handling CoronaVirus quite well.

I Have an auto immune disease that affects my leg and hip. I was loading a couple 50lb bags of sand with my son and had a young guy come over who seemed to be on his lunch break and offered to load it up. I politely declined but he stayed anyways and made sure we were all set. This is what is great about this store ! Wish I got his name

Sharon was our cashier. She got on a register and cashed us out. She was friendly, had a smile. If I was a secret shopper, she would have gotten a good score from us.

Just want to say thank you to Carlos for all his help with some lumber I needed. Only wished he also could’ve helped me unload it at home as quickly as he loaded it in my car! It’s employees like Carlos that make shopping at this store a great experience.
