Friendly and helpful staff...usually well stocked

Great store, although it is small, we would like to see it enlarged to carry more items that we are looking for. Overall, the store is managed very well and they have good deals. the staff is friendly and willing to help when asked. Sometimes, they offer assistance without you asking, which is nice.

The Bennington Homedepot is my home improvement store. I go nowhere else unless they don't carry what I need. The people make the store.

Had a great experience at the Bennington Home depot All items we were looking for were available and each department was well stocked and had many knowledgeable employees on staff to help with questions we had especially in the plumbing department where the associate really went out of his way to find the faucet we were looking for and Shelby our cashier helped us to get a discount when we discussed buying more than one of one thing and suggested that if we were looking to purchase a big ticket item to get a Home Depot card to have time to pay if necessary without paying interest Very helpful and fun young lady

Cashier Aubrey was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Employees close aisles to restock before the store closes. Just total lack of judgement by management.

Bennington VT store is the best customer service we have ever received from a Home Depot. We have been purchasing from there for years and have given them reviews in the past to this effect. They still rain consistent in this way.

Very clean and great customer service! Jordan and the girl that processes returns were very helpful! I bought paint online that ended up being a lot lighter than I expected. Jordan went way out of his way to help us out.

Jordan in the pain section is extremely knowledgeable and helpful we above and beyond for us.

Store was clean. Plenty of stock of the products. Would like to see more Milwaukee packout accessories. The associate Aubrey at the register was very friendly and quick about ringing out my things. Everyone was friendly and offered help to me. No need to go searching for someone. Cause there is plenty of friendly associates

All was excellent.Just had to order on line because no product in store. I do not order on line so i went to the store to order it from them.

It's always a good experience shopping at the Bennington Home Depot. They seem to have one of the most knowledgeable teams in the business. From the staff members on the floor, Vic in appliances, Mark in the tool department and many others that have helped me when shopping in the Bennington Home Depot over the years. Not to mention their Customer Service staff is awesome. From Molly, Josie, Bertha and we can't forget about that silent but highly effective and professional manager woman with the black hair and tattoos! Thank you all, George

We all know and respect the Home Depot brand. The Bennington branch is well run, well stocked and has employees that are eager to lend a hand with great expertise. I am grateful Home Depot came to our community and know that their service makes my projects that much easier.

This is a great store. We are do-it-yourselfers (DIY), not contractors. Anytime we've needed assistance we've received it and guidance that helped us complete our project. Understand that at times the person or information needed wasn't available at the time we opted to shop but we were furnished with names and when that "pro" would be working so we could coordinate a visit back to the store. We've purchased appliances, tools, JD riding mower, and numerous gardening products. The associates are always friendly, willing to help or find the right person to provide assistance. Exceptional, My Home Depot experiences have always been positive If they didn’t have the product I needed they would try to get it for me, I appreciate this store Because they have solved a lot of problems for me. If they weren’t there where would I go to get the products I need to complete the project my clients bring my way, or the things at home,I should do ,Should send the Honey Doo list right over to HD so all I would have to do is pick it up HomeDepot ain’t perfect,But this ain’t Heaven either, Appreciate them being here in my community would feel the loss of they were to leave, Good People

Associates are helpful but Lorrie, ASM, was fantastic. A few days earlier we had carpet installed and had a problem with the contractors trying to overcharge and embellish moving of furniture. Called Lorrie and she straightened out the problem immediately. We have moved into a new house and obviously, need many items. Yesterday, wanting to thank Lorrie for her help a few days before, she helped coordinate our purchases and saw the sales through to the end. She is an outstanding Manager.

If you shop online, before you pay, make sure that the item you are purchasing is out of a box and not a dirty floor model. If it can happen to me it can happen to anyone else. Not fair, something should have been said or price should have been reduced, but to no avail...

I’ve always had exceptional service, but this time I’m only giving the store one star. The sales cashier in the garden center was extremely rude to me and was chastising me for reaching for an item. When I told her no problem, she continued to chastise me in front of other customers. It wasn’t till I told her twice that she didn’t have to be so rude, that she stopped.

Cashier Sharon was very friendly and helpful.
