You would like ,me to talk about an item, but not the very poor service I recieved?!

I have always found the employees at the Bennington Home Depot to be super friendly and helpful.

John in wood was fantastic today , appreciated his help.

Let me tell you a story... your checkout clerk Tracy is an attentive, thoughtful and very considerate person. I had lifted three sheets of plywood off of the 3/8 pile. She noticed that one was not the right size, so I had to drag it back (and wait while the aisle was blocked off for restocking.) For my trouble and the inconvenience of sloppily organized stock, she gave me $5 off my order. You can't teach this kind of customer service, it's just innate in the nature of an associate. Thanks!

On three separate visits to the Bennington store we have worked with an exceptionally knowledgeable employee who provided us with such helpful information, allowing us to make educated and informed decisions regarding the our successfully completed home improvement projects. My visit to Home Depot in Bennington, VT was wonderful due to the customer service representative Tracy who checked me out. She was extremely helpful and patient in helping me and my parents. There was another woman across from Tracy, whose name I did not get, but I would like to give her a shout out as well. I will definitely be back thanks to their help!! Thank you!

I called to see if an item was in stock and was able to purchase it over the phone with Vic in less than 5 minutes! Definitely a different experience in these times!

I PAID $159 UP FRONT AT THE POINT OF SALE FOR INSTALLATION OF A PRODUCT. UPON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT, I WAS INFORMED THAT MY INSTALLER HAD BEEN TOLD BY HOME DEPOT NOT TO INSTALL MY PRODUCT WITH MY EXISTING PLUMBING HARDWARE (WHICH HAD NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE, NOR HAD A PROBLEM FOR OVER A DECADE). I WAS INFORMED MY INSTALL WOULD REQUIRE A PLUMBER. AFTER MULTIPLE TELEPHONE TOUCHPOINTS, AND EVEN A RETURN TRIP TO THE STORE, THE FIRST TIME I WAS TOLD THAT MY INSTALL WOULD REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL $389 (OVER AND ABOVE THE $159 I HAD ALREADY PAID AT THE POINT OF SALE), WAS IN PERSON, BY THE PLUMBER CONTRACTED BY HOME DEPOT, WHO SAT THERE AND ATTEMPTED TO STRONGARM ME FOR MORE MONEY TO PERFORM ADDITIONAL AND UNNECESSARY PLUMBING WORK, ABOVE AND BEYOND THE EXISTING HARDWARE THAT HAD WORKED FLAWLESSLY FOR THE LAST DECADE. SHAME ON YOU, HOME DEPOT

The assistance the staff extends to consumers is friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional.

Every time I go into the store, there is a friendly person with the orange apron willing to go out of their way to answer my questions and help me find what I am looking for in the store.

I am often wandering, and either am asked if I need help... or ask myself. Employees always work at finding item, or ask about it's whereabouts. Once there, if they can not offer much info, they always find someone to help me. I appreciate it always.

I went in to Home Depot to get a door bell and there cost to get a bell with 2 buttons for the front & one for the back door was only a couple $ more then it was to send for a spare doorbell button so I bought the whole thing while I was there. The sales person was very helpful finding the other things I was looking for. This also saves me time and I get to the right area for the items I want. Thanks Home Depot I love your stores!

Roger was most helpful, going out of his way to make sure the license plate screw fit correctly on my car.

I shop at the Bennington, VT. store because it is the closes one to me other wise I go to the one in Clifton Park , NY. store. But it doesn't matter which one you go to they are a great place to shop.

Ask and you will receive, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Its the only HOME DEPOT store that I've ever visited where employees and their manager will escort you to the location where an item should be stocked. Imagine that, actually receiving help instead of someone pointing a finger into the air.

We've been shopping at the Home Depot for many years and have had excellent customer service everytime. Store clerks are always ready and willing to assist us.

This location is superb in its handling of customer service. People like Kelsey, Ariel, Mark and others will make your experience very worthwhile. The only bad encounter I had is with Marc from gardening who made an extremely off-color, rude and insulting, inappropriate remark during a recent interaction, to which I had to report to his management.
