I have shopped at Bennington Home Depot since it moved into Bennington. Please do not move away. The building is always nice and clean and 95% of the time, they have everything I need and at a great price and usually I have no problem finding what I am looking for. If I can't find it, the staff is will gladly show me where to find it. The staff is soooo friendly and helpful. They treat their customers as friends.

I enjoy shopping in this store. I find the employees very friendly and helpful. The products I need are easy to find and if I am not sure where to find something the employees will point me in the right area or even bring me there. This store is my go-to on week ends as it is closer to me. I do shop at the other Home Depot during the week which is in the city where I work because it is on my way home. There is always plenty of parking here and it is easy to get to, There are only 2 other small stores in the plaza so it is not over crowded.

Staff always helpful. Clean store. Knowledgeable employees. Usually well-stocked. I rely on it.

They have a nice selections of key, which makes it so easy to pick out the key you need to use. It did not take to long to get help to have the key made.

Bennington Home Depot has always been our favorite place. We live closer to Pittsfield but Bennington is more helpful, friendly and caring. Our cashier tonight, Samantha, was extremely friendly My husband and I will continue to shop at the Bennington store. Thank you!

Customer Service is impeccable! This store goes out of its way to get it right and it does so in a most memorable manner. Customer REPS are knowledgeable with great expertise in their job. I have never had a bad experience in this store. I highly recommend it for your building needs.

The store had a well-stocked nursery and friendly staff. It has all the carpentry tools and wood you'd expect plus some neat odds and ends like a 15 pc box of identical phillips head bits for $8.

if you are going to have employees they need to both speak and understand english

Great staff, great products, lower price. Cant beat that. I was going crazy trying to fix the renovations in my house and places kept telling me "this product isn't made anymore" or "sorry it just isn't possible to do that, no one will have it". And yet somehow Home Depot was able to provide, all I had to do was walk in and everything was right there on the shelves. Amazing what other stores will lie about.

This is a great little "big box store" in Bennigton. The clerks are great and very helpful. Good to see the shelves are getting stocked again after the holidays.

The Bennington Home Depot employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I like Home Depot because there are numerous products from which to choose and they have good to excellent customer service.

Good store, good people, good selection of stuff. Nothing really to write home about...it's a Home Depot. They have a lot of stuff, generally pretty clean, and pretty decent folks work there.

Customers without masks despite state law. Told that the staff couldn’t do anything about it. Even worse was the employee on the floor with no mask. When asked we were told that masks for staff were a matter of personal choice and not required. Told he is one on the best workers and does not “live in fear.” Cashier had only a cotton bandana under her chin. Unacceptable health precautions for customers during a pandemic.

I have to say i have noted a big improvement over the last few months in customer service. i used to avoid coming in and order on line whenever possible. not so these days.

Its all about the employees and quality of service and interaction. Nice bunch of people at the Bennington, VT store.

Pricing is complicated, at the register I waited 5 minutes while 6 people behind me waited so she could sell me a 1x6x10 board., there were things to look up on the computer and long numbers to be entered. The other register was empty. Prices on the items are bar codes, the numbers beneath the computer numbers. Change this to letters and numbers A (28 digits long) 1 (10 digits long) and so on. A letter covers 28 different products 0 to 10 covers 280 products, a second letter 78,400 different products. B5L is sufficient code for everything in your store. A proper search engine for the clerks. A measuring tape for the clerk. Find a reason to make simple things stay simple.

Associates in the store are always helpful, whether we are looking for items or checking out. We never have to look for assistance.

The store was clean and the products were available that I needed to purchase. Staff was pleasant and helpful as soon as I entered and polite and cheerful thru to the exit.

Shop this store often and always pleased with experience. Would like to thank Jerry and Ben particularly for all the help. Really easygoing group of employees! Store needs an addition to make more room for customers to maneuver around all the displays.

On 2/5/21 Victor and Billie Jo were very nice and helpful. On 2/6/21 Sorry didn't get there names but the man and women running the service desk went above and beyond to help with our purchase.

I am between two home depots. One in Bennington and one in Pittsfield. At both stores I have made friends of the people that work there. I would recommend either store for their home needs. The prices are fair and the service at both stores is excellent.
