This store is in my area,I come to this store most of the time.Never had a problem with anyone..

The store associates were very helpful in helping us find items throughout the store and with a problem we had at checkout.

Refreshing Sales Experience!!!!! This location was second to none that I have experienced. The Salesman, David was the most polite and knowledgeable Appliance person I have ever known in Home Depot. I felt because of his behavior that I was a customer on the TV Show called, "Undercover Boss," and David acted as though he was the owner of Home Depot. Also, the clerk in the plumbing section knew in the blink of an eye where all the items I needed were located to the "T". It was an amazing and refreshing experience during these Covid 19 times all of the staff practiced social distancing and wore the PPE's appropriately. The visit probably will not be my last visit. Thank you.

This store had a great selection of merchandises. Store was clean, and merchandise easy to locate once you know what aisle to go in. Employees are knowledge and helpful. Shout out to an extremely cordial and helpful employee Mr. K. Hanson. I truly appreciate all your assistance in helping me out when I visited today, Friday.

I always use the website to locate my items before I enter the store. My visits are always fast and successful. I prefer this location over the others in Brooklyn.

This is a great community store. We see associates on a regular basis. Its kind of like a communal family that don't mind waiting on a familiar face. They are well stocked and organized with the things needed to complete projects.

I had the greatest experience at the Homedepot store in BedStuy today. A young man name L.A. was God sent. He loaded the product onto my cart and answered all our questions. Helped me and my daughter find everything that we needed, and waited patiently for us to gather all our products, took us to the cashier, waited and loaded our car. Oh and kept us laughing, it was truly an amazing shopping experience.

I have been in H D stores all over the country and never received such terrible service. The employees were the slowest moving and least helpful I have ever been in contact with.

I rate this store a three (3) because of the excellent customer service I received from Vanessa in the Specialty Department. I would of given the store a higher score, but other factors made me disappointed. Vanessa deserves five stars!!! Thanks again for all your help!

The store was very clean and Covid-19 safe. The associates provided good service and the Cashier (Sherika) was extremely helpful and patient.

The workers were very helpful and would check to see if the product you needed was in stock.

Home Depot was a great store they have a lot what you need to get stuff done around the house in the backyard front yard the basement most of the employees are pretty good in the store is pretty clean and you can find almost anything there

This store was organized. The staff were helpful and friendly.

This experience was much better than other home improvement stores, and even other Home Depot's because of the excellent customer service given my Frederick. It was my second time within the same week coming to the store and he helped me in the lumber dept. He is a model for how all employees should care for customers. He was knowledgable, personable, and went above and beyond the call. I would like him to be commended for being the kind of decent human being we all need to experience daily.

Upon entering the store it was extremely busy and well lit. I couldn’t find anyone to direct me, being that it was my first time in the store. After finally walking around for several minutes I was able to locate the blinds. I had the most awesome sales person, Deborah. She was super knowledgeable and professional and she dealt with my grumpy husband so well. The store was well organized and stocked. I will definitely shop there again.
