I'm not sure if HD can do anything about it, but the parking lot is not good. People stop/park all over the place, even when there are open spaces. They block people in who are trying to exit. I don't go often, but people are having verbal arguments every time (not an exaggeration). The three employees I interacted with were most helpful and courteous. I needed to ask for help in the garden section which was cheerfully given. Check out was very good.

Kemahr and Cruz are awesome

The employees are super friendly and there are an abundance of them. They know their stuff and while they only had two registers and 4 self check outs—they managed to have the whole thing run smoothly. I felt heard and listened to.

The store has a great garden section but the employees do not seem to be knowledgeable . Still great place to find most things

This store is wonderful and this is mostly due to an employee by the name of Kaliea. She is the best, so friendly and knowledgeable! Go to this store and you will be a lucky person if you get to interact with Kaliea !

Clean and the cashiers were great people working the floor especially in the flooring section was very inattentive

I CAME INTO THE STORE TODAY WITH A FAMILY MEMBER TO MAKE A FEW PURCHASES AND INQUIRE ABOUT SOME PRICES ON SOME PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. IN ADDITION, ALICIA MADE MY PURCHASES VERY EASY AND ASSISTED IN PROCESSING MY TAX ID VERIFCATION.

Awesome friendly & helpful staff there lately across the board. Open til 6am to 10pm most days, convenient location in Bed Stuy. I’m a self taught DIY fixer maker and designer, they usually everything I need for the smaller home repairs & projects I do and I learn a lot about how to solve problems in my apartment myself by just going through the aisles.

I have always had a Good Experience with HomeDepot for All My Needs, Wants, Desires & Unexpected Purchases.

The check out people here are fantastic.

It’s near impossible to actually shop at this store due to: inadequate stock; disorganized; a near complete lack of shopping carts and baskets so you’re forced to juggle items in your hands and can only buy what you can carry.

Items are properly arrange easy access and clean, staff very helpful and friendly.crunch

I found the products I was looking for and the customer service was great, but when I got home, the screws to assemble my shoe rack were ALL missing. I am hoping that when I return it to the store, there will be no fuss.
