TheSales cashier Celest was outstanding and the service I received in the store was outstanding

I knew my Hot Water tank was way past the point of expiration but still functioning and many had already had 2 REPLACEMENTS since our old model. I called Home Depot, they made the appt and I had a complete new replacement within a week. Same reliable brand and my workmen were very professional in explaining pricing, sizes and any other questions. Thanks Home Depot!

That BedSTY location and that of Gateway Center Mall is Fully Staffed & Stocked and if they don't have something right away they still got you Covered.

Amazing store. l am always greeted professionally, all questions answered and assisted quickly and find everything I need at this location.

Yesterday and today were the easiest Home Depot shopping experiences I've had ever, including at this store. Seems they've really upped their customer service/help game. Not too hard to find staff and staff in general very friendly. Stocking was pretty good and check out fast. Did this store get a new manager? They're game has super improved.

I have been shopping @ this location for a few years now, and i have always encountered professionalism and accurate service. Its this kind of business that makes me happy, AND keeps me coming back!

The employees are dismissive and won’t really be much of a help.

This Homedepot store is conveniently located for me. For the most part the associates are helpful and friendly although a lot of the time they are either not educated about products or give you incorrect information or directions.

Its the Bed Stuy Home Depot! Lots of Luck for you may not know what you're going to get. It's like an adventure park for young trades and craftsmen.

Cashier didn’t use cashier empowerment and made me call a manager for a $4 price difference. If I didn’t need the goods I would have left the entire cart and walked out of the store.

The flooring associate Banks was extremely knowlegeable about flooring, shades, blinds and appliances. She was also very patient and customer service oriented.

Sales Cashier Alicia was a pleasure to work with.

I received so much help and everyone was kind and smiled as they helped. No one made me feel like I was annoying them. All employees were happy to do their job and assist me.

The staff are lazy, they don’t know where items are and have no knowledge of what they sell. They are basically there to get a paycheck and roam freely instead of learning the store.

The staff at this Home Depot was consistently helpful during my three visits this year. Even when the store was crowded, the cashier lines were managed so that the wait wasn't bad, even during this pandemic.

I think that Home Depot is a needed store in the community. It is in a very convenient location. The employees do their best in providing services to customers. Location is great. Bathroom service for customers is another plus for this store. The display of hand sanitizers at the registers are also a plus for this store.

This store was very friendly and helpful I will continue to shop there.

Kudos to Nazan Pettiford's team. Special thanks to James and Simcha who welcomed me and was swift at the checkout twice when I visited HD. They were patient and professional. As usual, Keisha and Sharon are smart, kind and proficient at the service desk. Thank you Mr. Pettiford for bring out the best in your associates. They make my shopping experience a gratifying experience. Also extending outstanding acknowledgement to Juan and Jessica from the Weiss Co who provides the lovely plants.

Clean and have almost what you need

I typically don't expect much when going to a large/corporate store but I've had some pretty great working relationships with some of the employees at this location. It feels good when I shop there and the employees are engaged :)

Home depot is the largest hard ware store in Brooklyn; I love the prices and plant selection .

Employees are more helpful and enjoy their jobs.

Stephon was very helpful and addressed our needs promptly and efficiently I was able to find what I was looking for easily The store was clean There was always an associate around to help.

Cashier, Alicia was extremely helpful making sure my order was going to be handled properly and making sure my delivery was going to be fast. I will be returning to the Bedford - Stuyvesant Home Depot location more often because of the customer service I was given.

Why I gave this type of review. The level of professionalism is not up to standard @ 230 Location. Especially in the returns and online department. Be careful of being mislead by the sales cashiers. I was told my card was delcined and it was not. I purchase something twice due to Nego by the cashier. I Told by assistant manager Channel that he response was " Nego is human he can make a mistake" After running back and forth to the store location three times 4/15/, 4/16, and 4/17 2021. Customer service at it's worst!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customers will get robed by the So collies delivery people that leeks in the parking lot. They are constantly harassing customers when they exit the store.

Their security staff is rude
