Every time I come into this store I get the most unfriendly cashier's

After a long day at work I needed to pick up some things and the visit was more than I expected. The 2 employees, Jason in lumber cutting plywood for me and Lillie at checkout so kind and friendlyboth were such a great help!!

Please keep the staff you have at store 0737. I brought a chest freezer on Nov. 11, 2019. the freezer is one of the best ones I have had. It runs very quiet and you can put a lot of food in it. also it has an inside light. which is a plus. the price is good also. (Magic Chef)

Cashier Lilly at the Contractors check out is ALWAYS EXTREMELY friendly and refreshing.

The flooring personnel was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our buying experience was great! I purchase my product at this location because they had my product and quantity I needed. There were staff readably available to assist me. I was very happy.

The store was clean and the associates were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get the assistance that I needed, and I wasn't able to find the bulbs that I was looking for but one of the associates took me where I could get what I needed.

go in, there is someone there that can help you with your purchase,if the person assisting you is not knowledgeable, they will find someone that can help you. OH YES, I DID NOT NOTICE ANYONE ON THEIR PHONE FOR PERSONAL USE. they took time for the customer.

This Store I have visited for 14 years, its nice and clean. the employees are friendly and caring and willing to go with you to locate items if you are unable to find what you are looking for. I especially like the way they Honor Veterans and their family with close up parking as most Veterans have some type of disability and when you show your military card, they are courteous and will give you the discount with out problems.

My sales rep, Cantrece, delivered excellent customer service. From start to finish! She could've answered my question of whether HD sold flame retardant in-store & let me go. But no, despite me telling her she didn't have to, she looked further in the computer, Googling what I had seen & confirmed what I had seen. Next, I needed a kitchen fire extinguisher. Instead of just pointing me in the direction, WHICH I ABSOLUTELY HATE, SHE WALKED ME TO THEM! Thank you! Clean store, easy to locate what I needed. A very positive shopping experience!

If you go there, ask for Sandy, Grady, Cantrece, Laddie or George. I trust they'll take care of you the same way they took care of us. Exceptional service.

Mrs. Marie in the paint department knows her stuff!! Such a delight to see and she is very helpful as well as Brent and Gloria!

Run. Please! Everyone have will have their own experience at a store. My experience at this location was the worst. I been shopping at Home Depot for a long time. Great cardholder and spent huge amount of dollars at Home Depot. Usually I do not leave a review, but today I had to let it be known. First the staff they have to knowledgeable about the product, then be friendly to the customer, Be considerate and offer help. I did not receive any of that while I made 2 visits to the store. Stayed over an hour trying to receive a refund. Paris, Home Depot CSR handled the refund process at the end. Paris was very professional and understood the situation. She was trying to keep me as a customer to continue to do business at this store. After the back and forth with the other CSR s not wanting to help or recommend any thing else, just complaining. I would never return to this location. I will take my business to another Home Depot hoping for a better experience!
