I enjoy shopping at the Bartlett location, convenience, stock and great customer service.

I was racing in to HomeDepot before work to get some cilantro! Danecia helped me right off the bat and Gloria was a gem at check out! It was truly a great experience! I hope others have this experience too!!!

I had to make a decision on a security lock. The associate greeted me and explained what would be a bitter fit for my situation. Thank you so much. Considering you could have done the bare minimum and instead you educated me.

I drive the extra miles to purchase needed items at Home Depot instead of going to the "other" store 2 miles away. It's worth the drive.

My husband and I are renovating our home. I wanted a new vanity and went straight to my favorite store. I was warmly greeted my Mrs. Debra, who assisted me with choosing my new vanity. She assisted with finding a jazzy faucet. She communicated with me and figured out my taste and personality. She made other suggestions that helped. I love my new vanity. All I'm missing is a mirror. Mrs. Debra provided excellent service with a warm heart and smiling eyes

The manager on dutyMarlin, went out of his way to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge for a display item that I purchased. The ladies at customer service were very friendly as well. It's refreshing in today's retail atmosphere to have a very pleasant and satisfying shopping experience.

THough the employee Tiffany was very nice and helpful the ordering systems transferred someone else's address into our order. It took FOREVER to order our appliance at the store. We should have gone home to place the order with no issues. It wasn't the employees fault but we almost walked away and just make it easier for us to order items online rather than in store.

Love shopping here. Many wonderful light fixtures and designs. Bought rider mower. Loves it.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

So happy I was directed by an employee who was not familiar with the product I was looking for to customer service. I did go and was helped! Not just told what isle it was on but was personally shown by the customer service rep. She stayed with me until I made a decision and then took me right to her register and checked me out.

I have brought several products from this store and has never had a problem with anyone of them. Dewault and various items and name brands. Home Depo is my favorite store, just love it.

Store is clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly, polite and helpful.

I love love love this location. Everyone is super helpful and kind. I’ve never had an issue at all! Even if they don’t have something I’m looking for (which is rare, for things I need here) they help find it at another location or they figure out the best substitute. On my last visit I was helped by Kiersten and Gloria and they were so nice and went above and beyond to help us make an informative decision!!! Thank you guys!!!

I have been to this store multiple times in the first two months of my arrival to Memphis. I will go back to this store for all my construction, repair and maintenance needs. The staff are friendly and professional. I have found all I have been looking for to build fences, to transplant trees and bushes, to paint kitchen cabinets and do lawn care. It is my go to store for building, maintenance and house improvement products.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND STOCKED. SOMEONE IS ALWAYS THERE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND DIRECT YOU TO WHATEVER YOU NEED.

The customer service is awesome all of them that I have encountered have been very helpful,And love to help the customers. They deserve all the support u can give them, they try very hard to please the customers, but you can't please everyone know matter how hard u try. some people are just unhappy no matter what u do to help them. And I've seen this with my own 2 eyes the staff will try to help them and they are just not satisfied.

Store clean and well lit. Employees helpful in each of the departments I went to. Paint folks found me a sample to try on plastic, Doors helped with weather-proofing strips and Appliances helped with finding a new freezer.

Good store with ample stock of whatever items I need. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable as to where items are located when I cannot find them on my own.

Employee, D Lewis, was very sufficient to my wants in knowledge and selection of the appliances which I needed to purchase. The delivery persons were great on delivery, placement and set up.

Usually has things in stock more frequently than Wolfchase store. Most employees are really friendly.
