I am very pleased, in today's climate, that the Raleigh Tennessee Home Depot employee's seem to really care about helping customers. I was approach more than once asking what they could help me with. And, they followed through REFRESHING!

The employees are great

Saturday was not good but Sunday my issue was fix

Dear Mr. Cooper, I have been a loyal customer for many years. On 10/25/2022 I bought a GE clothes washer from Mrs. Barbara. She did a superb job. The installation went ahead perfectly, and I was very pleased with the outcome. On 12/8/2022 I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher from Mrs Barbara and again great service. At that time I paid $164.00 for installation. Today, Home Depot came out to install the dishwasher but wouldn't install it. They were very polite, but they did not install the dishwasher. I bought all the necessary hardware, and $164.00 for installation. I expected them to install the dishwasher. Order# H0737-221510. The new dishwasher was left at my home. Home Depot didn't fulfill the agreement regarding the installation. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Sincerely James R Dotson

They have never let me down with respect tp merchandise purchased. Never had to return anything. they are very well stocked. I love going to this store. I could spend all day there, just looking. The people are so very friendly.

I love this location, weather I'm shopping for new flower babies or a new paint color for our bathroom, They have whatever you shall need. This location is stocked with friendly patient staff and fully stocked on various merch. Never a let down they are always on point!!

Did not tint my paint. Did not find out until all the trim was painted. asked for 15% off carpet order to compensate which they agreed. Went to order carpet later and they would not honor the discount. Out 800 in paint labor to repaint. Will seek damages

I found the large size potting soil I needed

Had a terrible ongoing experience trying to receive an on-line order. Finally went to the store and all three ladies that assisted me were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

At one time Home Depot was my goto store for my hardware and gardening needs. Not anymore. The knowledgeable people have been replaced with low/no knowledge people who will for the lowest wages. Greedy corporation? I think so. Will start using my local Mom and Pop hardware store. They may charge a little more, but when I walk in with a left-handed monkey screw in my hand, they know what I'm talking about and will take me to it.WITH A SMILE.
