This store is usually my go to store. They keep there inventory stocked up. In and out times are usually pretty fast.

I will encourage my friends and neighbors to shop at this Home Depot. Connie is a friendly and knowledgeable employee. Connie helped me with some customer service issues. Connie is an outstanding employee. Connie is a great asset to Home Depot.

HOME DEPOT DELIVERED THE WRONG STOVE TO MY HOME AND TRYING CORRECTING PROBLEMS TOOK TWO WEEKS TO FIX. VERY INCONVENIENT TO CUSTOMER IN TRYING TO GET PROBLEM RESOLVED. THE PROBLEM WAS CREATED BY THE STORE WITH RECKLESS APPLYING WRONG PURCHASE STICKER ON THE WRONG STOVE AND CUSTOMER HAD TO DISCOVER ERROR AFTER RECEIVING WRONG MERCHANDISE. DELIVERY PERSON REFUSE TO RETURN WRONG STOVE BACK TO STORE. POOR FOLLOW UP BY STORE WORKERS. CUSTOMER HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL TRIPS TO STORE TO GET THE MATTER SOLVED OR IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLVED. NOW CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH BEFORE DELIVERY OF RIGHT STOVE. HOPEFULLY THEY GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME.

A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. During each of my visits I felt like a valued customer. I was greeted and treated with dignity and respect. The store is always clean. The associates are always knowledge and friendly. Products are always right where they should be and they are always plentiful. Others stores could learn a thing or 2 from this store. They are the 'Chic-fil-A' of hardware stores!

You won't find much help and their inventory WILL NOT match the website apparently as the HD employee told me that our inventory isn't right. Really? I hadn't pieced it together seeing the empty aisle/bay. Also, be prepared to be treated like a shoplifter when you try and leave after BUYING your items. Pitiful experience!

This Home Depot on Memphis has the friendliest staff members. It's the only one I go to.

Always a great shopping experience. They have a really good team of employees here. I find myself always wanting to stop in.

Generally a better than average Home Depot, although I recommend avoiding it on weekends till he pandemics is over.

Best Home Depot I have ever been in. Great staff. When you have knowledgeable staff like Mr. Smitty, who used to teach high school shop. Other staff are great, too. Good clean and well stocked store.

During the Coronavirus Pandemic I LOVE the way Home Depot handles their customers. From the Greeters at the doors to The Customer Service Department it was quick, easy, and most of all, it IS done with SMILING FACES AND SUCH BEAUTIFUL ATTITUDESl!!! THANKS TO THE HOME DEPOT TEAM FOR PULLING TOGETHER DURING AN HORRIFIC CRISIS.

Store is always clean staff members are always helpful. Never had an issue with roof services. Always have what I need and if not, they'll take a special request and order it for next day delivery. Love the store love the staff members. Thank you for always being so kind. And helpful

the products at home depot are vey good trying to pay for them are very hard to do no cash registers on scanners will go to other stores and see if they any better

store was clean and I was able to find everything I need and some cashier was very friendly and they help me load items in my truck

Connie is absolutely the rudest person I have met in a long time. I returned a light and she asked for the recipe, I stated it was in the box and showed her where my recipe was visible to see. Her reactions were priceless by dangling the box trying to get the recipe out. Her overall customer service was very unprofessional!

Was able to find what I needed for my project in a timely fashion. All employees were very polite.
