I entered store confused and unsure of what to buy. Myrna the cashier was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She was so nice. I will definitely come back for myrna. I recommend waiting in the line that myrna is at. She made the whole experience satisfying with her great attitude and caring

the cashier myrna was extremely fast and knowledgeable. she was located in garden area and even though I asked a lot of questions, she answered them and ringed my up in a timely fashion. I felt at home with myrna and will be coming back to her in the future. its nice to finely get a cashier that I can count on. I left the store satisfied and happy the rest of my day because of myrnas friendliness, speed, and knowledge.

excellent customer service by todd and jessica helped me find items. there were some items we couldnt find but they gave it an big effort.

I went to the Barstow store for a couple of items and the customer service was the best I have ever had in any store I have ever shopped in...what they did not have in the store they helped me find on their website...I had assistance anywhere I required it from the time that I walked in the door...the store was clean and well stocked...it was a great shopping experience...I will definitely be back...

Barstow Homedepot is a great place to shop for home improvement products. sections are easily reconigzable and the staff are great and very helpful. you can count on them to do what they can to help you achieve your goal

I went in a bought a freezer and looked at the washer and dryer. He was pleasant snd knowledgeable. He was also helpful through out the store. He transferred to your Fontana store and Alexa helped us finish the sale today. She to was helpful and knowledgeable. Barstow Branch is always helpful and clean. Store had friendly atmosphere, Yvette was helpful in selecting my plant purchase.

Home Depot is good for Barstow because it’s the only place if it’s kind in this area. However, Don’t let them install carpeting. They are horrible and I have wrinkles in every room in my home. I’ve complained for years but they don’t care. I would not recommend this store to install carpeting.

Our cashier Nadine was phenomenal, she helped us at the customer service counter with our items and made sure we found everything we needed.

If you comparison shop, as I do, the Home Depot offers the widest variety of home improvement items at the lowest prices in the Barstow area. A staff member is always available and ancious to provide assistance. Its amazing the knowledge the staff have regarding how to solve home improvement problems.

This Home Depot store is very friendly. I am in there so much that the staff has gotten to know me personal level. This makes me feel like they value my business/ They approach me and are always courteous and ready to assist me with my building and materials needs. If they are attending other customers they politely inform me that they will be with me ASAP. They always follow through, And I love that because I can count on them. I know them by name as well. Travis, Butch, Miguel, Johnny, Debbie Nadine and there is just so many that are stellar when it comes to customer service.

The customer service is excellent. I always get treated like a valued customer. The cashiers Perla, Tina, and Desi are just amazing. They’re sweet and provide excellent customer service! If there is any way the store manager can see this please do. The store is ran by great associates! GOOD JOB HOME DEPOT! BRAVO!
