This store will help you with what you need. Staff is very friendly.

As a customer waiting for someone to come to aid me with my need, it took about 32 minutes before someone came to my attention and walked by me pretending to be on a phone call.

Me and my wife walked in to buy soil and walked out with 3 different plants with a $10 discount on total purchase.

Place has been great since the old manager isn't there anymore! It was always awesome but much better attitudes throughout. The store is much cleaner and the service is fast!

Great service great product s and great workers

Whenever I go to The Home Depot in Barstow, I am very appreciative that I don't have to go all the way to Victorville and that they have everything I need to get my home projects complete. There staff is very user friendly so that is a plus and the store always looks clean and atteneded to. Overall, I would recommend this store primarily from their customer service and military friendly discounts that are given.

I went to the garden department not sure what I was looking for. Having to remove a palm pup from the mother plant was something I was not sure on how to do it. Phyllis from the garden department enthusiastically saw to my every need. She was so thorough I was totally satisfied with her advice and product recommendation. I truly appreciate all the time she gave me making sure I was covered with this project. You won't find that in other stores. She is an asset to Home Depot. As far as the store itself it is usually fully stocked and clean with attentive employees.

The individuals working in the gardening section are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

From the initial greeting at the store customer interaction was phenomenal. Everyone reached out to ensure that I had everything needed to complete my project. The employees in this store are above reproach and should be commended on their exceptional customer service relations and knowledge of the products in the store

Relaxed atmosphere unlike most other stores. As with most other stores, there should be much less pallet display products cluttering up the walkways. Service is great, employees are always friendly and helpful. I have to attribute some of this to it's location in a small town.

Always a good experience coming to this Home Depot for whatever needs to be done around the house or even just supplies. The majority of the staff is very knowledgeable in the areas that they manage and can save you a lot of time and point you to exactly what you need. Pricing for all products is always competitive. When it comes to home repairs Home Depot is my go to store

While not the biggest Home Depot this store by far has the best work ethic and customer relations that I have encountered in a very long time. Even if it is a big box store I felt like I was the most important person there and at a small town hardware store.

i almost always find what i need and when i can't, employees are readily available and happy to assist, even if it isn't on the shelf. if something is out of stock, 9/10 they will let me know when it will be in (approximately) and offer to call local stores or order the product for me. best home depot in the high desert!

While they are the only game in town for home improvements, and it would be nice if they had additional inventory (of course you an order pretty much anything for in-store or home delivery), the employees have been very helpful throughout the years that I have been shopping there.

The personnel at this Home Depot are always friendly and willing to help with any questions where to find an item and how to perform a repair.

Riley was very knowledgeable about paint. She made great recommendations regarding what I would need. Miguel was cery respectful and helpful in helping me find other items throught the store. He explained I could also order online and have it shipped to the store.

I only liked two employees and one was fired. I liked Jenna and Macy. I will not shop here now that Macy is gone.
