This store is definitely a self serve store. Do not count on or expect anyone to help you, even if they page for assistance. Oh... Unless you are a shapely female or wearing short-shorts. They were the only ones receiving any attention or assistance..

This Store I found VERY clean. I drove 20 miles to get here because the site said they had what I wanted in quantity but there was actually none in stock but the Customer service person actually gave me a replacement that I am willing to use and made it go right all the way to the cash register AND BEYOND as he showed me where I could obtain a product that they do not carry in stores. I think his name was Gerrod or Jerry. Very nice guy and I had another young guy in plumbing who was helpful. I normally shop in Victorville so I probably won't have to travel to this store again but this store is cleaner that Victorville and it seemed to have much more up-tone staff.

It is clean and easy to shop in and find what we need.

Overall the store is clean, organized, neat and always stocked with plenty of product options, the sales personal are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products.

I would have given the store a 5 star rating - they seem to have issues with items in stock they can not locate. But, if you want help just ask Sam. He went above and beyond.

We really like this Barstow Home Depot, althought it is smaller then most Home Depots they usually have what were lookijng for and if they don't they always try hard to find it for us, or special order for us, the employees are very courteous both on the floor and at the register, always trying to help. This store is always very clean.

the store is well equipped with face masks as you go in to shop - if you don't have one - home depot will provide one for your safety as you shop.

Amazing outstanding customer service

Nadine is one of the best employees they have at this home depot. She is so friendly and helpful. She truly is one of a kind spirit. And made my shopping experience so much better than other home improvement stores.

I love to shop in this store. The employees are friendly, helpful, and many have special knowledge in certain areas. All I have to do is ask and they’re happy to help me find what I need for my projects. The store is well maintained. It’s so nice to have a Home Depot close to home.

Josh was a polite and sensible young man -when I ask for help to load a bag of cement to my car. Josh came to place the bag of cement on the back of my car. After he was done - with a smile Josh thanked me for shopping at home Depot, and said to me as I thanked him. "No worries we are here to help you" if you need help I am here to help you anytime. thanks Josh you are doing a great job.

store is holding strong during trying times.

As I was leaving the register on the self-check out - the cashier overseen the registers went to wipe the register asap before the next customer uses the register. I really like the safety measures that homedepot is taking to make sure my shopping experience is safe and enjoyable.

He died for our sins so we may live and have eternal life. In prayer ask him for forgiveness of sins and through the Holy Spirit , ask him to come in your life. I use this store for our rentals in that area. I live by the coast and have a completely different climate. I am disappointed to see the plant products are the same in both of these areas. I would appreciate being able to purchase more specialized plant life for Barstow that I could use for the landscape. You offer nothing for that extreme climate. Thank you. Genevieve
