Have a morning job briefing and explain to employees how to properly wear a mask. I have to cover my nose and mouth. I saw a male employee not wearing mask properly, he was wearing it below nose.

Small store. Love the drive in wood section. Most of all there is always a abundant staff available to assist you on the floor. Quick checkout too. A excellent Home Depot.

Store was following all measures to ensure my safety during my shopping experience, especially due to Covid-19. All associates were very friendly and was always asking if I needed help or if I was finding what I needed. Marilyn checked me out immediately with no wait and was very courteous and professional.

I realize that this store has a smaller footprint than other HD sores, but given there is no competition in the area, it would be nice if they could expand and carry a larger selection of product. I frequently drive to the Victorville stores for specific items not carried in Barstow and I don't wish to wait for delivery.

The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

They never have anything you need n the store associates are very rude. If they do have what you need N you need help Plan on waiting forever.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rest rooms are excellent! Big and very clean. Nice air conditioning! Nice selection of products.

Joseph Rojas was very helpful. He helped us to open a project loan. Then we needed his assistance with cutting blinds as well. He was very knowledgeable about the carpets as well. He was friendly and made the experience great.

Please check cameras in garden and in store for non compliance shoppers and employees not wearing face mask properly or not at all.

The cashier Melanie was rude. I noticed an employee not wearing their mask properly where it was just hanging on her chin.

Maria was unhelpful and had a cold, rude tone at Returns, but Kyrique in the paint department went above and beyond to help my mom choose the paint that she needed. Thank you Kyrique for turning the day around and for being so patient and kind to my mom.

The employee I asked about my need was very quick and accurate. Far more so than I expected. I needed a hose bracket for under my swamp cooler and he recognized the old part I had in my hand immediately.

The store is always on top of its policy to handle the best needs of its customers. They have best products to sell but also recommend to customers other places where their needs can be met. I felt this was a great attribute of this store. All the staff is highly trained, focused, friendly and helpful in each of the departments, wood to paint, carpet to hardware. Personally thank you for all the help to my Barstow, California, home repair project .

Store was clean and well organized. Lumberyard associates were extremely helpful.

Rozana provided excellent customer service. She could have been reluctant, but she courageously asked her supervisor about marking down a damaged product. The store was clean and organized. Parking was great.

WE ARE NEW IN TOWN AND FIXING OUR NEW HOME SO WE HAVE VISITED THE STORE OFTEN LATELY AND THE EMPLOYEES HERE AT THE HOME DEPOT BARSTOW ARE SO ATENTIVE AND HELPFULL, I NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SEEN SO MANY HAPPY FACES IS A VERY NICE AND PLEASEFULL EXPERIENCE, I HIGHLY RECOMEND THE HOME DEPOT IN BARSTOW THEY ARE AWESOME!

Shopping at Home Depot is always exciting for me. I shop at my local Home Depot about once a week and every time I come here I always find what I’m looking for and am overwhelmed with great Costumer service along with well cleaned Home Depot. I greatly appreciate the luxury of being able to have whatever I need for my projects in one store. If not I would have to drive 40 miles just to get what I need. I want to thank management and the staff at Barstow Ca Home Depot for always showing professionalism and curtesy

You did not have the exhaust fan that I was looking for, but your store staff was very helpful and accommodating. Key and Nadine took care of me. I did purchase another exhaust fan.

I'll start off with it seems quite coincidental that I submitted a bad review and the site had problems loading page and it just refreshed on its own. So avoid this place if possible. At least until a management change or if proximity is paramount I suppose. To be fair, some employees like Richard at the Pro Desk and Yvette among others are excellent at what they do and are a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately this location is genuinely lacking good leadership. I work for myself now and have only spent thousands this year but for the last 20 years my old company spent millions spread among many Southern California locations. I thought I'd had the worst experience at the #610 store when their solar vendor and some junkie broke into my truck and stole EVERYTHING. But no. I actually would prefer that compared to a couple of days that I've had here mostly because the hours wasted(=$) and the poor communication and attitudes of some individuals there. There are too many incidents to go into full detail about all of them but I'll say if I treated my customers the way I'm treated there sometimes, they would be appalled, and rightfully so. I will still shop there because I am so familiar with company and its products and pricing that it makes my job easier. I've also made many great friends there over the decades at multiple locations. In closing, please utilize your RTV policy and stop wasting my time selling myself and others broken and/or incomplete merchandise. Thanks.
