Lack of communication for curbside orders. Order was not available when they said it would be ready and no email, call or text was sent to let us know. Called the store twice with no one to pick up the phone.

The store had a kid named Zaire hurt my kid

We have shopped at this store many times ( close to home) and have never been disappointed. The store is well organized, labeled so we know where to look for what we need and the associates have always been friendly...even telling us how to win a gift card.

I felt very comfortable shopping in this store with the associates all wearing masks and maintaining good distancing. Although I knew what I was looking for, there was an associate in the area and asked if I needed help. Since the item I was looking for was a little more advanced than the like item I was replacing, he did tell me a couple of the newer improvements. The associate in the check-out area asked if I was paying with a card, and she directed me to the "card only" check out section. All associates I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly.

I absolutely love shopping at Home Depot located at 1604 and Bandera. This store is always neat, clean and well stocked. The employees that work there are so friendly and helpful. I've shopped at this store for nearly 20 years and have never had a negative experience. If you need to shop for any DIY items and projects, go to HOME DEPOT.

The service at this store is above and beyond, the employees that help me was very gracious and very pleasant and made sure my order was doubled checked before sending it off. Store was very glean and well organized.

The garden center has always had beautiful selection in flowers n plants. We’ve always shopped him Depot for all our projects. Only wish the selection was larger. Although we didn’t find the wall solar fence lights that I was looking for.

I can't Express enough how Josh went out of his way to assist me. I had a really bad experience with Lowes that pretty much cancelled my my affiliation with them. Great store, great people.

Nobody in the store could help me order installation. Waited for over an hour. Terrible customer service.

I was particularly impressed with the attention to customer and employees safeguards in place during this corona virus problem. I started at entry, throughout the store and checkout. Thanks and kudos to your employees. I find that HomeDepot carries a significant number of out of the ordinary products like light sensors, fence treatment, house siding fungus treatment, etc than the other box store.

The Huskie work table is a real bargain. Well built; very sturdy. I plan to go back and buy a 2nd or 3rd table.
