There was a mid-aisle display for Ryobi tool with all kinds of power tools, and on top, a display touting a rebate of $70 for purchases of $249 and more. I took a tool from there, plus batteries, but even after talking to the manager, they refused to give me my rebate because there was a small illustration of a few tools below the rebate table and my tool, though in the display, was not in the illustration. See the picture, this makes no sense, I bought the fast charger at the bottom right of the display, $79, plus 2 batteries for $199, total $279, and the manager pretexted the very small pictures right below the white and red table of rebates saying Save More with the arrow pointing down.

I live nearest the Boerne Texas store, but I'd say 30% of the time I need to drive the Bandera rd store in San Antonio because that location just has more than the Boerne location.

Today I was in the area so I stopped by bandera HomeDepot instead of the Culebra location and felt so welcomed and was able to get help from Caroline. She is amazing with her customer service skills. I was able to choose with her guided help. Thank you Caroline! I found my new store!!

Our local HD is always a great experience from being greeted, to the return/customer service desk and helpful associates.

Purchased 14 bags of concrete mix. Had to ask twice for help loading. It took 32 minutes after purchase to get this done. I am 76 years old and should not have to ask for help.

I usually have to find what I need on my own, or ask for help and then the level of customer service varies employee to employee. Rarely do they offer help in locating at another store, I'm told I need to go online to order something. There should be a way for them to help customers order it in store.

I shop at this Home Depot quite often and when Christina is working the register she is always quick and very helpful. Home Depot is truly fortunate to have employees like her.

I always find what I'm looking for and then some LOL, thank you for your store.

I came in today looking for a toolbox when I saw the one I wanted was not on the display floor. I went to the customer service center to ask if the item was either in stock or if they could tell me what store I could find the product at, I was told the associate looked on the Home Depot website that all stores are showing limited stock so there’s no way for anyone to know. I asked if there’s a black screen or system that Home Depot uses that allows the associates to contact the other stores I was told no and when I was asked if they could call an associate at one of the other Home Depot‘s close by I was told by the cashier she’s not here so she doesn’t know any other Home Depot‘s. When the manager came up, she told me they could call another Home Depot, but she was going to pull me and my grandmother up some chairs because there’s no guarantee a Home Depot associate would answer.

Esmeralda at the Customer Service Desk and Maurice doing the home delivery were both very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Although I was shopping only for small Christmas lights that were on sale, and the staff treated me as if I were making a large purchase. They were friendly and attentive.

I always use Home Depot to color match paint from other paint stores. It is usually more affordable and I get the exact paint color I wanted. I highly recommend.

What a great store! I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot; the aisles are clean and everything is always well stocked. I have always had positive experiences shopping here due to the courteous, professional employees who go above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I need.

I went to this Home Depot and was able to find everything I need and go. Sampson helped me find want I needed in whatever department it was located in. I went from the aisle straight to check out without lots of waiting. It was an amazing experience on a errand filled Saturday!

I needed answers in the garden equipment section and she answered them. Walked with me from aisle to aisle to help me find what I was looking for. Even corrected another employee about where an item was in the store. Even with thw store phone I hand answered it, polite and courteous on the phone and with me ans the same time and then right back with me. She didn't use the phone call as an out to be done helping me.

I went looking for a thermostat and had a wonderful sales associate stop by and help me. Answered my questions and even checked me out as the register.

I purchased a battery operated fan Ryobi as a birthday present and she fell in love with cordless hybrid Air Canon

I went to the store to pay my bill and to purchase a couple of items. All associated I encountered on this trip to the store were very professional, courteous, friendly, and knew their jobs well. I shop this store frequently and have generally found the same professionalism each time I visit.

Rob at the front was amazing. I was in and out of the store pretty quickly. He was kind and helpful and retrieved tools from the cage explaining everything I needed. Took me to the register and checked me out right away. Thanks Rob!

I went to buy some gutter screens and according to the app, this location had them in quantity. I found some on the shelf but needed 2 more as the box was empty. As usual, there was no one around there so I walked to some other aisles and stopped some employees who said they would page someone. I even called the store phone number and told them where I was and needed assistance. At least 4 announcements were made on the intercom but still no help. Finally, two employees walked by and I asked if they worked in that department, one of them said no but he would see what he could do to help me. I showed him what I needed and he found more product on another shelf across the aisle on a high shelf. He used the ladder and got the parts I needed. This reflects on the store manager,
