Amanda and the gentleman on the floor were SO helpful in helping us to find a mower, make our purchase and get a delivery date. We WILL return to this store.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Mateo in selecting my counter top. He was awesome in his knowledge and professionalism. I was going back and forth in my decision and was a little confused going into the process but he truly went above and beyond to make my experience a delightful one.

The store is clean and not cluttered. The employees in paint are very knowledgeable and eager to help!

The Avon Ohio Home Depot's employee was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He extended very helpful knowledge for both what I purchased during my visit as well as information on a product I intend to purchase from Home Depot soon. The store was very clean, organized and orderly. It was a pleasure to have products clearly displayed. The representative who helped me was invaluable in advising the pro's and con's of various power tools.

Home Depot is not honoring the basic veterans ID card, only certain ones. I guess we don't count as Veterans.

My experiences at this Home Depot have always been positive. I shop a lot online and get great customer service from the representatives at the online counter in Avon.

The employees in the return department were courteous and helpfulAlso Electrical Dept. employee was helpful.The Manufacturer was at fault for putting a damaged item in packaging.

I have shopped at this location for many years. The people who work here have always been knowledgeable and helpful .

Excellent above-and-beyond customer service! Especially in the lumber department- I will come here for all future projects now!

5 stars to the woman associate in Paint who patiently helped me fumble my way through what I needed to strip, stain and seal my concrete deck. she did an absolutely terrific job. It was busy, and she never made me feel rushed. Also, she seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. She was great (the little slim woman with short brown hair wearing beige fuzzy boots. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name.).

Everyone at this store goes out of their way to make sure you find exactly what you need.

Friendly staff, very helpful and nice! There were employees all over the store so you didn't have to look far for assistance. Store was clean and well stocked.

The store was clean and lawnmowers were well stocked and priced right! Cashier Dana was very accommodating when an online coupon would not work. Dana took the time to make it right for me! Thank you Dana!

I've been going to this store since it opened..10yrs plus?? So I know almost everybody working the floor...but Chuck, Dave,Russ,Tom, and Carol in the pro desk area, have been especially nice and helpful over the years...great people !!

Ellen in Plumbing is extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond and walked me to another associate in appliance that could help me with my questions and needs for a new appliance. Curt in Appliance was very knowledgeable, non-pushy, and went above and beyond to meet my needs and budget. Curt toggled between floor models, and presented additional options online for your company that could also be an option. I ended up buying not one but three appliances, because of the savings that Curt helped me understand was available to me beyond just the Black Friday discount.
