Rob Raus provided what I call old fashion customer service. He knew his products, took the time to explain the advantages of each one to fit what my needs were. He never made me feel rushed. He truly cared. I will shop here again.

Curt, the professional sales representative in the home appliances section is always so helpful and extremely kind. He listens to exactly what the customers needs are and he helps them find what they want. The range I purchased today is actually the 3rd appliance my husband and I have purchased from Curt and will plan on buying a new refrigerator soon!

I am a single mom and had a big microwave and some other things to return. I had my 8 month old asleep in his car seat. Jarrod helped me by bring a cart out to my car and taking everything to customer service for me. He also saw me struggling with the car seat throughout the store and brought a cart so I could put my baby and the car seat in it. This might have seemed like a little act of kindness but to me in that moment, not knowing how I was going to get my returns done it was deeply appreciated. We need more people like jarrod.

The store is staffed by friendly associates that greet and say hello and are attentive to your needs.

Always a great experience at this store. I have shopped at other locations and generally feel like I'm bothering the staff and or no one around to help. Everyone I have come into contact with always very helpful. I appreciated that. That's what customer service should be.

Kurt in the appliance department is the best sales associate I have ever worked with. I placed an order with him. Called the next day and cancelled it. Realized I had made a mistake by cancelling it. He was so empathetic and caring. He spent over an hour on the phone with me redoing my entire order. I felt horrible and he made me feel so much better. Best shopping experience I've ever had thanks to Kurt. Avon Home Depot is so lucky to have him!!!

The person how help us was very friendly and helpful.We would go with him again.His name was Russ.

Gentlemen in cabinet section was very rude and felt like he was hounding me the entire time I was looking at countertops. After a rude comment he made I will not be doing anymore remodels here.

Sometimes your eyes are bigger than your car and you realize you bought something too big to fit. So you have to call somebody to come pick up the item and you're hoping that customer service would let you leave the item there with the ability of that person to come pick it up but they just don't have anything in place to do so. I guess I'm just really stupid and r word for not having the proper vehicle here to pick up the item.

The staff in this store are horribly rude. I stopped shopping here a while ago. I stopped in on the way home, hoping there were new staff. No such luck. The paint department guy just badgered me to death. I didn't even ask for help. The cashier was horrible. More concerned with helping a previous customer, throwing a fit. Talked about quitting time and left my items literally strewn on the floor as she ran off to this other raging customer (who had 3 other cashiers/manager helping him) It was such a negative experience. It doesn't matter if the store is stocked or clean or the value or quality, when the staff is so awful. I guess I just give up on this store. Happens time and time again.

My sales associate did a great job and made me feel comfortable.

We had exemplary service when we had to purchase a gas dryer. We went to a Home Depot located 2 miles from our home and could not get any service so we drove 20 minutes to the Avon location. Rob in appliances was impeccable in customer service and is the reason that we will continue to shop at the store!

Do not go Home Depot website to find an item that is supposedly in store only to find out the Home Depot website wrong, item not there, and indifferent employees

The only thing I had a concern about was viewing the product online showed a energy rebate for $100.00 and was told it comes from our gas company, yet there is nothing stating that in all of the paperwork.

We love our Home Depot store. Over the years, we have bought all of our appliances from them as well as our carpeting. Quality products, warranty services and great customer care. We always wait to buy our Memorial day flowers too! The sales, prices and selection have always been the best. We love you, Home Depot!

I found what I needed quickly and the girl at the self check out was Store was clean.5 star.

Overall I find this Home Depot location to provided quality service and have the products I need in stock.

Our experience the other day during the whole covid19 outbreak at our local home Depot in Avon Ohio was nothing short of wonderful. The young man that helped us out named Derek was so knowledgeable we knew nothing going into the store and didn't want to mess anything up. Derek, went as far as even drawing us a picture of what we needed to do to connect things to the sink as we were putting in a new sink and didn't know anything about that. Everyone was so friendly and it was very clean.

My wife and I have purchased everything from this store from lightbulbs, to flooring to ceiling tile, to appliances, tools, hardware and wood. We even purchased all the material, including the shower, the door and the plumbing when I remodeled our bathroom. My first thought when I need anything is the Avon Home Depot. I have often referred to Home Depot as my favorite "toy" store. When I first starting buying products at Home Depot, I price checked everything. I no longer do this. I find what I want at a good price, so price checking is no longer needed. Thank You Home Depot and thanks to ALL the associates I have dealt with ever since we moved to Bay Village over 30 years ago. I am also am the Properties Manager at my church, and I get everything I need to keep everything repaired there also.

No one helped me with what i needed , Lowes does a better jjob
