As soon as I walked in the door the cashier said hello I asked where the foreign Department was they directed me there I met up with a nice young man in the flooring Department who answered all my questions walk me through the process of opening a credit card I went up to the register with me to make sure it was properly rung right! I worked in retail for close to 35 years this gentleman had 13 years experience and it showed thank you so much. The store was clean and stock

The store is open early in the morning, until late in the evening every day. This makes it handy to pick up any item which is needed. The store is kept clean and looks almost new. The employees are friendly and helpful. The product selection is wide and 99% of the time in stock. I like it and will keep going there.

Rob Raus was very helpful in determining with us the best refrigerator for our application. He provided great assistance leading to our purchase.

We just bought carpet two months ago and just yesterday purchased all new kitchen appliances from sales person name Rob Raus, a very friendly and very smart part-timer that works there.

Store is bright and well organized to fine products. Associates are knowledgeable and always helpful.

I spoke to Ashley today in the exterior door section. She was kind, helpful, and answered all our questions. She also did a great job explaining the process of having exterior doors installed including prices, installation, etc.

Lovely store, incredible staff

Somewhat apprehensive and intimidated when entering the store because I am not in the trades and the array of products sold is large and mostly foreign to me, I was assisted every step of the way by courteous and professional employees. Brava !

We are always greeted with cheerful employees who go out of their way to help us.

Upside: They have very, very nice associates, especially a man in Plumbing, Mike, who is literally a plumbing genius.. This man can solve any plumbing problem you have. Downside: There are never enough associates on the floor. Basically, you had better not need any help or have any questions, because it is very hard to find someone, much less find someone like Mike who knows what he is talking about.
